    Apria is the worst medical company I have ever worked with. They are smart to have so many health…read moreinsurance contracts because they would never survive in a competitive environment. I have NEVER gotten a correct re-supply order. Even if I call to reconfirm right before my order is shipped and ask multiple times to read back my sizes for masks and cushions and headgear. It is NEVER correct. Then I have to take my own time to call back each time to talk to customer service in the Phillipines that apologized and puts a correction in the system, only for it to be incorrect again on the next order. Changing my resupply order in the system does nothing as it is always wrong the next time. Then they have the nerve to hound me for $4 bills. I can't even pay by credit card for under $5 on their system. That's why I haven't paid. I work in medical sales and I have never met a more inept, poorly run company. If your provider has a choice between Apria and another DME supplier, always choose the other one. Tell your healthcare providers to stop working with this useless company.

I decided to return the machine (not only because I couldn't get the masks to fit right, which is a general issue not them) but because of the constant calls and texts about surveys and reordering supplies. Not to mention, I am still constantly trying to talk to the billing department. I had insurance through CDPHP when I first got the machine, then I was put on medicaid through CDPHP. It's been a constant back and forth between CDPHP and Apria healthcare about billing statements. I was told about 4 times to check back in 30-45 days about my account because they were having trouble putting it through my insurance, and when I returned the machine I had a possible balance of $1,000 for their machine subscription and what not. Eventually, CDPHP told me it should be through NYS Medicaid, not CDPHP. That only worked for 2024. I currently have a balance of about $80 for 2023. I have also tried multiple times to get an itemized bill so I can talk to them and CDPHP about my account. I called them 3/19/25, and responded to their test email to confirm my email address. I sent another message 3/25/25 saying I did not receive the bill. I am now calling on 4/2/25 once again and the connection was spotty. They said they would call me back, I guess they meant at some other time because I waited 5 minutes and no one called me. So now I'm on hold for 10 minutes to talk to someone once again. Apria healthcare has been the worst decision for me. I am so sick of this company and the constant back and forth. I shouldn't still be disputing charges from 2023.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS and THEY BETTER NOT SHOW UP HERE!!!! I sent it BACK!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! You obviously don't realize you have SICK PEOPLE you're hounding!!! AVOID THIS PLACE if you can. Get an auth for a different place. You and your Dr can hopefully get oxygen from a different company. All the other reviews everyone almost in the same situations I have had. I myself have told my own Dr to use someone else too for services. He was NOT happy about the stress you're adding to my heart, etc I'm supposed to AVOID!!!! THANKS FOR THE STRESS THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS!!!! YOU BETTER STOP AND DO NOT SEND SOMEONE TO MY DOOR!!!! I refuse to email you about my concerns.
