Maybe with an add-on plan customers don't pay anything and don't care, but I don't qualify yet for an add-on so I pay up front and get reimbursed 80%. Besides, I am a taxpayer and I don't like the waste for their maximum profit. Anyway, Eagle Highland Pharmacy, known to me online as Ostomy Care Supply, was very helpful getting me set up, letting me know what they needed to process the claim and what that process was. I try not to cut it close, but the shipments do come fairly quickly so that wouldn't be a problem, and the claims have gone through fine. If I lived close, I would try them out as my local pharmacy.

I came in to return a completely defective item that they sold me. Instead of acting like professionals, listening to the issue, or offering a refund, the staff became extremely rude and highly argumentative. It escalated to the point where they actually threatened to call the police just because I wanted to return a broken product! They completely refused to issue a refund or exchange, offering zero explanation or basic courtesy. It is absolutely mind-boggling how a business like this stays open. They are selling cheap, low-quality junk at premium prices, and the moment something goes wrong, they treat their customers like criminals. Save your hard-earned money and protect your peace of mind. Do not waste a single dime or a second of your time here. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Update: the response review that owner stated is totally lies and not even close to reality. You said if it is used we can't return and I explained I didn't install because the item is not safe to use and that is why I didn't install. There is no such a notes in your store saying that you can not return the item . There is note if it is used or not in original box. Which is opposite. The item is in original box and never been used. Also, considering you, I am very educated and polite person.
