The store definitely smelled stale, but some of the items were clearly new. The style of clothing was outdated, in my opinion, but they did have a nice selection of shoes. The main issue that I had was that the used, non-designer shoes were overpriced. I didn't see anything under $29.90. The staff didn't acknowledge us on our way in or on our way out.
