They specialise in the chewy meaty stuff and sell all sorts of spicy and savoury flavours. I first encountered the company at a local beer festival, where they were giving away free samples. I'm not the world's biggest jerky fan, but decided to give it a go, supporting local business and all that. I tried the "Raging Bull" which is seasoned with Naga chillies. Needless to say, it was HOT but not at all unpleasant. The original and Spicy Chilli flavours are perhaps wiser starting points! I ended up buying a bag and chewing my way through it with some mates. We were very quiet whilst eating it - jerky does not make for scintillating conversation. You can order it online, by the packet or in bulk.
