I had no idea how extensive this course was when I bought my daughter and her friend (for her…read morebirthday) a gift certificate to this place. We live in in-town Atlanta near the zoo and have done the tree top quest there many times. You can't really compare this one to that and I think most climbing/zip lining places (like we did on our last summer trip in the old city of Montreal which has a fun one) are different. I thought the price tag (around $45) was on the higher end but given the time you spend here it's definitely more reasonable than I thought at first. Even after probably 2-2.5 hours my 8 year old didn't want to leave. For the little ones, they have a smaller course which probably won't occupy them quite as long, but it's also cheaper, and he (my 5 year old) also enjoyed it as well as the trampoline in the sky ball throwing place. Skot, the manager who helped us get set up, was super nice and friendly. The staff in general were helpful here and the tutorial for how to use the harness and hooks seemed to suffice, although at times we would have liked for more people around. Part of the course being so spread out is that even on a busy holiday weekend, at times the kids were really by themselves. The thing that maybe stands out the most about this place is how independent it is. At times the kids found this frustrating but I think it inspires independence, helps build confidence, and ironically the lack of help at times maybe ends up being more of a plus. It also means that there are fewer bottle necks assuming you aren't doing the course with a big group, as there are many points where you have to wait for someone to finish the section before you go. The scale of the place also helps thinning out any sort of lines. It's important to understand that there are a series of levels and difficulties and different courses within the overall park/terrain and it's a sort of choose your own adventure situation. In this way, you can hook and unhook yourself to these different courses as you transition and walk within the space. My daughter really wanted to advance past level 3 and had gained the confidence to do so, but you have to be 12 or older for levels 4 and up. From a weight perspective with some of the course set up (and zip lines), I think this makes sense and ultimately my daughter loved it and still didn't want to leave. We saw quite a few teens there who seemed to be enjoying themselves too, but they said there were fewer zip lines and more obstacle type situations with the higher levels. I would definitely come back here and especially as my younger one gets older (I think it's 7 and older for the bigger course?) try some more of the tracks. There are also some snacks at the main ticket place where people standing by can munch. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes

They have a small lot and then some street parking. I would advise to get there early to find a spot. Registration was easy and waivers could be done online. There are portable toilets for use. Upon arrival you get a colored coded wristband. Then you go to a platform to get harnessed up and gloves are availablefor purchase $5 each. When I visited in 2023 they were provided for free. Luckily, I had noticed this change and used my gloves from before. You can wear your own gloves. I would recommend durable, garden type gloves that allow flexing and gripping of your hands. The staff harnesses you up on the platform. Next is orientation where they show you how to use the hook and zip line attachment. There's a few practice areas. Brief but detailed orientation and then you're on your own to explore. The guides don't lead the activities, you navigate them independently and are responsible for following the directions provided during orientation. No helmet provided. We opted to start at level 1 and within our 2.5 hour time frame we were able to complete levels 1, 2a, and 3. We skipped 2b and wasnt able to get to level 4. It wasn't crowded. It just takes time to get the hook over certain areas and having to help others with that kind of slows you down. But I didn't feel rushed. Every time we started a new level we we first and no one ahead to slow us down. The experience was fun. My kids loved it!!! I think people of all ages with decent health can do this activity. Its a full body workout for sure. I was drenched it sweat. Better have good knees. It was challenging as far as balance and navigating some of the obstacles. Workers are noted throughout for assistance but they're on the ground. Based on your colored armband the workers will call out your remaining time for your visit. And I wouldn't recommend if you have balance issues, get dizzy or fear of heights. They have the chickpea level for ages 4 - 6. The remaining levels they recommend for ages 7 and up. It worked out great to have my 11 year old go first then my 7 year old with me behind so the 11 year old could help in front and me behind with navigating the hooks when it got a little tricky. Even some adults need help at times. The platforms are small IMO. They said 3 people per platform but some could barely hold 2. Level 3 did have the best zip lining experience. I would definitely recommend for couples, families, solo and friends. Great team building thing to do as well. They have a concession stand that sells drinks and gifts. We had brought our water bottles and was able to drink halfway thru the adventure. They have benches and tables scattered around that you can sit at. They do birthday parties and have night time experiences. I would definitely recommend that you wear sunscreen, bug repellent, comfortable clothes and sneakers. I wore a slim fanny pack to carry my phone and keys.

Wife opted out of the adventure actually so she took some pictures and just hung out while my boy and I went through obstacles and zip line adventures. The courses are great for confidence building and father son bonding time and the courses are challenging enough to keep a child engaged and having a great experience throughout the time spent on the courses. Levels 1, 2, and 3 are age appropriate for kids (2 and 3 being 7+ year olds respectively). They start you off on a practice course which is good for beginners who are learning how to operate the buckles and getting onto the course and through the sometimes challenging swivel plates and points. My son had a bit of a hard time getting through some alone so going with a parent or older guardian is recommended as younger kids can get stuck and need some support. We began from level 2 as we couldn't find level 1 initially so it was fun and challenging right from the get go! Level 2 is a combination of obstacles and zip lining. Level 3 is appropriately labeled all fun and no work as it's a series of zip lines. Level 3 low was our favorite course while level 3 high was fun but had a portion towards the end that was a challenge as we had to unhook our connectors a few times to advance through the zip line. My son is on the smaller side so we had to get creative to disconnect. Also, on a few zip lines it says to stand up quickly which is important as it is possible to go backwards if you don't complete the zip line completely which poses a bit of a challenge as well. I had to go a few times after my son when he got stuck to get him to the other side by colliding into him and pushing him to the other side of the zip line. It all added to the adventure and excitement of the excellent courses. Treetop Quest Gwinnett is conveniently located in Buford so it was only a short 10 minutes drive from our home which was nice. We came before the crowds arrived which was early pm (12:30) which is when I recommend to come as crowds can cause wait times between each course. Overall, an excellent way to spend a few hours and to create memories with your kids and family. I plan to return with my older son as well as levels 4, and 5 are for 12+ year olds and is marked with challenging! We look forward to future visits and recommend Treetop Quest Gwinnett highly. 5 solid stars and two thumbs up! #AdventureIsOutThere!

1 star - absolutely heartbreaking experience…read more I am beyond upset with how my family was treated at this trampoline park. While my children were playing in the dodgeball court--an area specifically designed for fast, competitive play--a younger child was accidentally hit in the face. It was clearly not intentional. This is dodgeball. Accidents happen, especially in a trampoline park. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, staff immediately kicked my children and me out. No warning. No discussion. No attempt to assess the situation fairly. Just escorted out like we had done something horrible. What makes this even worse is that they refused to refund our money. We are not a family that has money to throw away. We paid for our time, and it was taken from us because of an accident that could happen to anyone in that environment. My children were confused, embarrassed, and upset. As a parent, it was humiliating and heartbreaking to explain to them why we were being punished for something that was never on purpose. This place showed zero empathy, zero customer service, and zero accountability. If this park cannot handle normal, accidental injuries--especially in a dodgeball court--they should not be in business. I would strongly caution other families, especially those on a tight budget. One accident, even an innocent one, and you could be thrown out with no refund. We will never return.

The park is huge, with several themed areas that make it fun to explore beyond just the rides. I visited last Sunday and spent most of the day relaxing at Hurricane Harbor before heading over to the Metropolis section for a few roller coasters. It was the perfect mix of water park fun and thrill rides. The food and drinks are definitely theme park-priced, but everything I've tried has been fresh and tasty.
