It was so cool. It was cool (cold) when we were waiting. The stairs to go to the room were a little weird but it made it even more cool. The clues were amazing! We were so close and every time we asked for a clue, it was something we figured out but just didn't know how to do to get the next part we needed. I do like that they don't actually lock you in the room. If you need to leave for any reason, you actually can. We got as many clues as needed, and finished with 3 minutes to spare! It was extremely fun and we definitely want to go back!

When you walk in, there is no direction on where to go. There is just a bunch of random rooms and a staircase. We walked around and almost left before a young girl asked us if we were there too do an escape room. She took us upstairs and there were multiple rooms. The room we did was the Sherlock Holmes themed one and one of the locks was busted so we spent about 20 minutes wasting our time on it. Two different girls had to come in and try to fix it, but they were not able to. It really messed us up because it was literally the first thing needed to start us off. They did give us like 10 minutes of extra time, but at that point we were already so confused that it didn't help. It was also 60 bucks for the two of us so I feel like it is very overpriced for junkie rooms and poor atmosphere:(

Best escape room we've ever been to and we've been to several throughout North Carolina!…read more The coolest thing about this escape room that's different than other ones we've played is that instead of working mostly out of one room, you work your way through several and the rooms are extremely immersive. There are things to push, pull, grab, slide, swing, and at the end, you actually get to slay the dragon! Unfortunately, there's only one room right now, but they're working on building a new one soon. I can't wait till more opens up. This one's unlike the others and I'm glad that it's closer to us than some of the other great ones we've experienced.

The front entrance was crowded since it is a smaller venue but once we got upstairs all the same services were available for drinks and snacks and there were not a lot of patrons around yet. I was a little confused as to where to go at first but again the attendants were very helpful and showed us how to get to our seats. Our seats were good too I feel there isn't a bad seat in the house with how the center is set up. I will totally be back when there is an event that doesn't come closer to me.

This was our first year going but it's definitely not our last for sure. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this. Get there early so you can enjoy the fun during daylight.
