So affordable and delicious. We just ordered the pizzas and I was pleasantly surprised. I love the crust and sauce! They offer lots of different toppings. We got a sausage artichoke pizza and it was so good! read more

Where do I start, I tried there pizza for the second time and again I was disappointed. The bread tasted rubbery. It was extremely oily. The sauce for the chicken wings was set to the side. The chicken wings were very very dry. The only reason why they got 1 Star was because they've delivered on time. Otherwise I'm sorry I will never ever order from this place again. And I love pizza. Sorry scratch but I'm scratching you off my list. read more

Was really excited to try this place! Especially with all the good reviews... but I was seriously disappointed...order to pick up so don't have anything negative to say about the environment or staff...just the pizza really wasn't that good... I guess I just expected more from a place that makes pizza from scratch... read more

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. We got the three cheese pizza with pepperoni and red onions added, and it was phenomenal. We got a few side orders of wings, and those were delicious as well. Already excited to come back again! read more

Ordered 2 pizzas for my 9 yr old sons junior all american football potluck for Norco Cougars, requested delivery by 7:45pm, called to verify that pizza was on its way and the guy said he was leaving then (it's already 7:45pm mind you) called back twice, got the run around about where the pizza is, driver called and said he was on some dirt road in which I never discussed with the person who took the order. There's a difference between a dirt road and the 1st driveway which is cemented! Thank you Scratch pizza for NOT delivering the 2 Xtra Large pizzas to a bunch of sad faced kids with no pizza!, leaving myself looking like a real RESPONSIBLE parent!! Should have stuck with the people that know the pizza business eg Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Papa Johns and deliver timely!!!! Never Again!!! read more

Pizza and service were absolutely amazing! Crust was crisp and tender. Toppings were not over done and sauce was just the perfect amount. Menu has many selections to choose from including vegetarian. Salads are fresh and perfect size for an accompaniment to a slice or as a meal. The place is super clean! We have been recommending this pizza place to ALL of our friends, family and co-workers. SOLID place to grab some good eats!!! read more

Good Pizza that was not greasy with fresh toppings. Great customer service. $7.99 special great deal to feed two people. Overall, highly satisfied and great pizza. We will definitely go back! read more

Pizza is good. The two times i asked for delivery.... I waited 1 1/2 hours! The communication between the person who takes the orders and the driver needs much improvement. Delivery Service is HORRIBLE!!! read more

Nothing about this place is from scratch- pre made bready crust, canned ingredients, processed cheese. And the staff seems like they would rather be anywhere but here- all the way down to the dirty aprons and clothes. Definitely not worth a stop. read more

One word: Amazing! I've been doing Keto for about 2 weeks now. For the past few days I've been craving pizza. But, I can't have regular pizza because of the crust aka carbs. Earlier this week I was scrolling my Facebook timeline and saw an advertisement for Cauliflower pizza. I've been hearing a lot about cauliflower pizza and how good it is so I decided to give it a shot. I called in my order for carry out. When I got there it was hot and ready. I got home, and bit into my the first slice. To my surprise, the cauliflower pizza was decadent. I mean my mouth was watering on the way home from the aroma of the pizza so I knew it was going to be good, but not this good. To be honest, I didn't even taste the cauliflower! It was amazing, I wish it was a bit bigger so I could have some for the next day, but I honestly think the portion size is perfect for us Keto folks. I got a small Caesar salad which was also quite tasty and I was definitely full. The best part, I'm not bloated like I would be if I was eating a regular pizza. Definitely check them out! read more

Great tasting pie. Four stars because crust is a little tougher than others but I plan to still go back.

The pizza was really fresh, delivered hot and amazing. I had a few pies delivered for a last minute birthday party last weekend and was pleasantly surprised on how fresh the toppings were and don't get me started on their crust. It's delicious!!! Prices are good too. It's our family's new spot. It puts Blaze and Dominoes to shame. read more

wasn't very impressed with scratch pizza :/ we ordered delivery. they delivered pretty quick! we ordered a pepperoni pizza and then a BBQ chicken pizza. the pepperoni pizza wasn't any different than any pepperoni pizza I've ever had. the BBQ pizza wasn't that great either :/ somewhat soggy. read more

Great food. Very nice and friendly. Great place to bring the kids to get a quick bite to eat

Good pizza, fair price. Wings are pretty good, but a little expensive. Pizza ingredients aplenty, And always fresh as can be.

My family and I ordered delivery pizza from here. We ordered the Baja and two two topping pizzas. They were great! We now have a new pizza delivery spot that is not overpriced and good. read more

Easily the best pizza in town! Crust is great, sauce is amazing and and the toppings are perfect! I highly recommend eating here. 5 stars+

Absolutely loved this place. I'm very picky when it comes to pizza, but this place blew my socks off. Went to Scratch with a couple buddies of mine and loved every bite. Wish they had fountain drinks though. Overall great pizza and highly recommend it to people. read more

Came into Norco for a soccer game and stopped by for dinner after reading the reviews in Yelp. Had caesar salad, buffalo wings and margarita pizza. Everything was delicious especially the pizza. Will definitely stop by again . read more

Great food, great service!!! We showed up with 10 hungry soccer players and their families 30 minutes before they were supposed to open and they happily fired up the oven and served us all an amazing lunch in no time at all. Pizza was great, salads were great and the employees so on top of it! Thank you Scratch Pizza!! read more

Amazing Pizza. Love the bbq pizza. Deliveries are always prompt. This is my new go to pizza place!

I placed an online order today for pick-up and drove "slow" as it stated it would not be ready for 20 minutes! When I arrived (with groceries in the trunk and needing to get home), my order was not ready and the gentlemen behind the counter knew nothing about it! He pulled a receipt from his register and told the other guy "it was this one!" Needless to say, I was a little irritated that it wasn't ready (after 23 minutes) and completely ignored! I wanted to walk out the door but was also curious after seeing this place several times on Facebook so I waited. I wasn't offered a discount or an apology from the guy behind the counter- it was just explained that the person preparing the pizza would make it right now. The guy in the back very quickly whipped up our pizza and he explained it would be ready in about 7 minutes. Once our pizza was done he walked it to the table we were waiting and apologized for the wait! The pizza was very tasty and the fact that the guy in the back was concerned and brought it to us made up for the oversight! We will definately be going back, just not planning to order online again! read more

Horrible service. Person answering phone can't answer questions. On hold for over 15 minutes waiting on manager who can't answer questions or resolve issues. Was overcharged on the wings order then they delivered BBQ wings instead of Buffalo which was what was ordered and of course they forgot to send requested menus. read more

Sauce is delicious, but the toppings seem a little light. I've ordered for delivery 3 times now and it has always been fast.

Amazing pizza! I have tried almost all of their suggested pizzas but I would have to say my favorite is the 3 cheese. It has a nice crispy crust and has Ricotta cheese on top which is a unique and nice touch. My family enjoys the Baja which is potato and chorizo. It's flavor is good and bold and isn't a typical pizza flavor choice. read more

Best pizza I've had! The place is clean, great service too! They need to bump up the drink options though.. Please bring a fountain asap! Otherwise, it's awesome. read more

Called our order in. Told ready in 15-20 min. Arrived to pick up told still in oven. Waited 30 minutes. Girl finally found it. Had been sitting there before we came in. Pizza was good but not very hot. Food was good but need to work on service. read more
