What can I say, it's a winner every time. This pizza is definitely in my top 3 pizzas to order in the area. The toppings and freshness provided for the price is tough to beat. The have these pepperoni pizza rolls that are also really good. I had my whole family hooked on this place.

Glad I found a good pizza spot in the area. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. Before coming here I was searching for a good bbq chicken pizza. A lot of places mess these up BIG time. But after seeing some reviews and pictures of the bbq chicken here? I decided to give it a go. Prices here are absolutely amazing. And VERY fair. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Place is clean. However there isn't really some where to sit inside. But there's plenty of seating outside. It's basically seating for the whole little strip mall spot. Moving onto the actual pizza. I ordered the bbq chicken. Pizza came out promptly. Bit in and omg. They nailed it! This was definitely up there with one of the best bbq chicken pizzas I've ever had. Bbq sauce sweet and tangy. Fresh dough. Fresh onions and cilantro. Well seasoned chicken. Good cheese! Everything you'd want with a bbq chicken pizza. So would I recommend this place? Most definitely. Especially if you like bbq chicken pizza. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Is the seating issue. They do have a small table inside but it's pointless lol.

Don't ever go close to closing time!!!! This was by far the worst take out experience I've ever had. "First Bite Says It All" I never got to even try it, it was so burnt on bottom and sides was not edible. I don't know what was worse the pizza or the guys attitude after I placed order until I left. Was our first time trying this establishment and will definitely be the last, waste of money.

So let's talk about service first. Blanca, Tyler and (I forgot the last guys name) were amazing. So much fun. We were looking for a quick spot for lunch and Yelp pointed us here. We were not disappointed. The pizza was delicious. They have one table inside and a table outside to eat at. It looked like most people order for pick up. This was a nice little gem in Norco.

I've been here about 5 times and every time the pizza comes out messy. The guy cooking the pizza has his hands all over the food and is touching all the objects with his hands without washing themselves I will never come back again. I liked to give it a change but that does it for me. They make the pizza in a rush and no predication. Jurupa valley is my favorite one to go to.

We've been wanting to try Scratch after moving to Eastvale last year. I stopped by for lunch and found a 5.5% service charge added to my bill. The owner borrowed language from local Pizza Hut chains when responding to another Yelp comment about the fee. He said that the fee is there to "offset the cost of doing business in California." Scratch only does business in California. The Pizza Hut franchise owner that came up with this verbiage did so as a political message. There's no posted sign and there's no mention of the surcharge on the menu. It's only 5.5%, but it feels dishonest for the owner to operate business in this way.

I love this place! Talked to the owners dad while we had lunch. He was so excited about the store opening and very conscientious of how important customer service is. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back as often as possible. read more

We were in town for a soccer showcase and after sitting in the cold and wet weather for the second day in a row I really wanted some pizza. It was a Sunday morning and our games were complete. I called the restaurant at 10:55 a.m. And even though they didn't officially open until 11:30, the woman who answered said she could have a pizza ready for me by11:15-11:20 knowing we were getting ready to leave town. She didn't disappoint and neither did the pizza. It was excellent and definitely hit the spot! read more

This place is so good! The pizza isn't greasy at all, and it's the perfect mix of crispy and chewy. And it tastes FRESH. The calzones are even better, so much better than other pizza joints that sell calzones. Scratch doesn't scrimp on the toppings, either, it's lovely. The parking lot is a pain to navigate, but that's not their fault, but be aware that it's a tight squeeze in there. I'm definitely coming back! read more

Staffs are very nice and polite . Orders are done quick. Pizza crust is the best I ever tried. Very crispy, you can hear it when biting into. Even after re-toast in the oven the next day it's still crisp unlike pizzas from other places. The sauce is also very good. Feel like it's made from fresh tomatoes, not acidic like most places . My favorite is tuscany pizza. read more

The pizza is phenomenal! Never been inside because we have it delivered. It's not too greasy, not dry at all, and the choices are aplenty. Delivery time is quick( we live on the North side of Eastvale) and the delivery person(S) have always been courteous. WAY better pizza than any other I've had around here. read more

Ordered a medium pepperoni, X-Large Margherita & Classic. Pizzas were all fresh, but lacked a delicious taste, maybe the sauce or cheese could have been more flavorful. The crust was a little too chewy. I would order again, but if I found another place with more scrumptious flavor that would be my first choice. read more

Stopped in the other day and while I've had them delivered a couple of times and loved it, there's nothing like eating out there fresh from the oven! As a New York native from Queens I can tell you this pizza is legit. They do thin crust without going overboard like blaze where the pizza can't hold It's own weight in toppings. It's the best in the corona, Eastvale, Norco area bar none. read more

2 stars is fair. Rude guy at the counter, very unwelcoming for a norco eatery. No condiments ie hot sauce, parmesan cheese, pepper flakes. No soda fountain. Very basic pizza, nothing special. Over priced for what it is. read more

If you like inexpensive food this place is for you. Other than that, pizza tasted horrible, my pepperoni pizza was super greasy, the other pizza I ordered a sausage pizza had barely any marinara sauce. Called the manager hoping to get a refund and he was completely rude, only offering to provide a free topping on the next order. Terrible place, stay away. read more

This place deserves no stars however the only thing allowing me to give them one star is the time frame was spot on of when the pizza would be ready. The actual pizza was horrible the crust tastes like the cardboard box the pizza comes in. I ordered one pepperoni xl pizza and one sausage with light sauce. The pepperonis were huge but it was extra greasy..literally the grease spread all over the cheese and dropped off the pizza..then the sausage was ok however I ordered light sauce and it was more like no sauce except for around the edges..i called to tell the manager about the pizza and they insisted that they were busy and would call me back in an hour well after waiting over an hour I finally called them and was put on hold for 15 minutes and waited for the manager to come on the line and he was down right rude mind you this was 15 minutes before closing time and he said he was about to call me back which I didn't believe was true at all..i explained the problem and he only offered me a free topping on my next order nothing more..he told me as being only a manager he legally couldn't give me a refund he also asked if I still had the pizza ridiculous..i then asked for the owners name and he said again legally he could not give me the owners name which is a lie..this is a pizza place not a medical facility..geeze I'll never order from this place again!!! Great little pizza place. Stopped in to grab a bite and get a break from the traffic. We tried the two slices and a drink, which was a great deal for the price. Took the kiddo to the bathroom and they threw away our food out by mistake. Employees were super nice and replaced the slice & drink. I really appreciate that they were super kind about it. So the customer service at this place is terrible. We ordered their special pizza deal online, 5 toppings xl pizza for 10.99. Instead we got 2 personal cauliflower pizzas for the same price. We called to ask what happened and to inform them that this isn't what we ordered. They looked at the receipt and it did say CC (cauliflower crust) on the receipt. Basically their link to the special isn't working correct and when we called they didn't care. That this is what you ordered and basically didn't give two shits. I'm sorry but $40 for two cauliflower personal pizzas and an two orders of wings were is soo not worth it, especially when the wing lid was pealed up and leaked everywhere. They told us we can order new pizzas but why would I? The attitude of the person on the phone was rude and they need to fix the link on their website. Hard to find a good pizza these days, so we try them all! My husband likes spices in the sauce, and for the sauce to cover the crust (his only requirement). Our 1st order was the Scratch Classic with a little extra sauce, and they nailed it! It came with a limited time coupon for $10.00 any size 5 topping pizza on Tuesday. 2 weeks later we went back to use the coupon, and see if they could do it again and they did! I called them to say they are our new pizza place. Tired tonight, so called in our order. She asked for the #, and when I jokingly said "the usual" she responded with my order. Loved that my note was saved, and that she actually checked!!! Then she surprised me with the $10.00 / Tuesday price. VERY NICE... We also ordered the Jalapeno Cheese sticks. These are not the typical "sticks" I expected, but more of a Mozzarella / Jalapeno pizza. I had read another review complaining about this, but I think I enjoyed it more this way (husband prefers sticks tho). We are hoping the new location is as good since it's 1 mile from home. Where do I start, I tried there pizza for the second time and again I was disappointed. The bread tasted rubbery. It was extremely oily. The sauce for the chicken wings was set to the side. The chicken wings were very very dry. The only reason why they got 1 Star was because they've delivered on time. Otherwise I'm sorry I will never ever order from this place again. And I love pizza. So this place just opened right around the corner from where I live and I'm super excited to have this place in my neighborhood. I've been waiting for this place to open for months, so when I saw their NOW OPEN sign and the doors open, I rushed right over. I consider myself to be a pizza aficionado and sort of a food snob just so you know so I will give you my honest opinion of this place. So here I go. The restaurant is clean and quaint. Not too much room to eat but just big enough to enjoy lunch. I expect this will be a hot spot for lunch soon, so I'm glad they have patio seating as well. The staff is super friendly. The girls working here are cute (total guy thing to say but true) and do a really good job of being attentive and helping you out. I might have to ask one of them out. ;) The restroom is clean - only one though. Smells good too and they have a spray that you can use above the door to freshen the bathroom up in case you stink it up. Haha And now to the part you all have been waiting for, THE FOOD..... So I tried two different slices for lunch - the pepperoni (of course) and the chorizo pizza. What can I say? Holy cow, the pizza is fabulous! All I can say is that you need to try it. There is something about this pizza that has your taste buds dancing in your mouth. Of course I'm a big fan of the classics and love the pepperoni, but I definitely recommend the chorizo pizza if you want to try something out of the ordinary and new in a pizza. So there you have it. I can't remember the last time I wrote a review about pizza other than the time I was in Vegas and I was insanely drunk and ready for fornication. This time I'm sober and I just sat in traffic for two hours on the way to visit a friend in Norco. Scherer...I know what you're thinking...where the eff is Norco? Haha. Well let me tell you. This place is called Horsetown USA and its home to some of the wealthiest people in the inland empire. (End History Lesson) back to the review..... Well there isn't very many places to eat here other than the usual so I stumbled into this new place on their opening night. Ooops. Anyway, I'm glad I did. This place is absolutely amazing! Let me tell you why. The sauce is seasoned and has a resonating flavor that lasts a while. Kind of like a fine wine or aged scotch, the sauce is the truth. You taste it almost immediately and when you're done, you take it home with you. Everything is fresh and made to order and the toppings are large slices of some of the best meats I've ever tasted on a pie. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. My favorites are their specialty pizzas: Sausage Trio-Andouille sausage, chorizo and Italian sausage The Tuscany-Pesto, fire-roasted tomatoes, chicken & fresh basil Chicken Alfredo-Alfredo base topped with mozzarella, roasted chicken, mushrooms and fresh basil Their pizzas are not gourmet quality, but definitely better than the national chains. I won a gift cert from local a radio station to Scratch Pizza located only a mile or 2 from me. EXCELLENT!. I have been a fan of another local Pizza Co for several years but wow, Scratch knocked my socks off! The toppings were so fresh. I mean crunchy fresh. Delivery on time, if not earlier. I realize there is some pretty stiff competition for pizza in this area. Local area residents seem to have their favorite spots around here. I personally love scratch pizza. There prices are a bit high, and portions are a bit small. I love how crispy their crust is, and in my experience Ive never hada bland tasting pizza from them. They have friends service, and my food has always been ready quickly. Deserving of 5 stars for sure. read more

I really love the pizza here. The crust has that perfect balance of chewy and crisp, the sauce tastes fresh, and the toppings were generous without being too heavy.
