Amazing!! I was waiting for the cauliflower crust to come to this location to try it. I almost couldn't believe it didn't have some type of flour in it. Delicious. My family had regular pizza and I didn't feel deprived just having a salad with the cauliflower crust, while hey had pizza. The inside is loud and busy with activity from the kitchen. The pizza was a little lite on the topping (picture looks better than the pizza) granted it's a 10 dollar pizza, but I could get a better pizza at any of assembly line, build your own pizza places for less. read more

We have been customers since last December but over the last few orders things have gone south. Out of the last three orders: Phoned in for pickup: ordered medium Pizza Margarhita & Cheese sticks, got a 3 cheese pizza and something that resembled the Cheese sticks, we called, they said sorry, we were busy....yada yada no offers etc. (we had some tomato & basil so it was OK, sorta) phoned in for pickup: ordered medium Scratch Classic & cheese sticks, the cheese sticks came perfect, the Classic barely had anything on it....called, said sorry, we were busy......yada, yada no offers for even a free drink or a make up (Are they developing a pattern here.....?????) Last night ordered a medium Scratch Classic & Cheese Sticks, same price as last time, boxes same size, but got em home and they were a size small, so small they were obvious once the box was opened. They only have two ordering options: medium & large and to be honest, this thing was smaller than a personal size. The Classic looked, pathetic and there was something burned on top.....realized it was olive tree leaves about half way thru a piece, OH YUCK The Cheese sticks were salty, salty and had the flavor of garlic salt and possibly onion salt. there is still half of that tiny thing still in the refrig. Usually the crust is to die for, the crust on this is awful, thin, nasty and the cheese mixture is almost nonexistent but it seems they ran out of the normal cheese and ran to rite aid and got something in a hurry......DOUBLE YUCK Seems calling to complain does nothing so I am left with the only other way to tell them......Yelp and possibly FB Do not know what happened to my favorite pizza place but someone fix it! I won't be back for awhile.............. Do not know how it happened but this posted to the Norco restaurant NOt the Riverside, La Sierra as it was designed. So bummed. This is our 5th pizza from scratch and I really liked the 3 cheese, especially the ricotta, so I went back for more. Now scratch is barely putting any ricotta cheese on their pizza! Just tiny slivers, barely enough to taste the ricotta cheese. Disappointed. Update: 4/2017 Scratch has redeemed their wayward ricotta slivers -they are back to beautiful, dreamy dollops of ricotta. We came here for the first time on a Sunday during lunch. They offer a solid lunch deal and the pizza is good. I was really impressed with this, our first, trip to Scratch Pizza. I heard about it from a friend who also enjoyed the pizza. Wen I called I said I had a coupon and they said that is great but on the weekends we have a special price for four toppings XL pizza, which was less than the coupon price for 3 toppings. I placed my order and told them when I wanted to pick it up and it was that simple. And guess what, it was ready at the time requested and it was very good! Was disappointed with this pizza. I ordered a 14" Scratch classic, and added onion(+$1.59). No drinks or any sides and it was $19, I thought that seemed pretty expensive. The pizza was ok, seemed like good quality, but taste wise, there was nothing to set it apart from any local mom and pop pizza shop. For how expensive it was, I expected lots of toppings, but there was very little meat. Dough is very generic tasting. For less money, you can get the same pizza from Pizza Nora down the street. Or go to Blaze Pizza and have as many toppings as you want on a 12" pizza for $7.95. The place was very clean and looked nice, good customer service. Yum, yum, yum, yum...I have been getting low price pizza for a long time, but it is really rare to find low price pizza that is this tasty! The crust is absolutely delicious, great chew! Pizza was piping hot, not greasy, and the perfect ratio of sauce to cheese to toppings. I have never found a low price pizza place that actually does a Margharita pizza and I cannot wait to try it! Staff is a little rusty, the place is just getting going, but they were very friendly and polite, and I felt welcome. Great price, great pizza and great value! Maybe the folks at Scratch were having an off night. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I think the biggest flaw was how skimpy they were with cheese. This made the bread very dry and also dried out the chicken. We might give this place a second shot but the pizza we got was pretty bad. read more
