We ordered 2 personal cauliflower crust pizzas tonight. I got the 3 cheese and my husband got sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. It's great when you're doing the Keto diet. Everything was delicious and we couldn't even tell it was a cauliflower crust. It was crunchy and tasty! The ricotta cheese was amazing! We will definitely come back! read more

Really good find for my family and I! We ordered a LARGE order right before closing and the staff handled it great! We ordered pizza, wings and garlic knots. Everything came out delicious! Will definitely be coming back for some more! read more

I like their cauliflower crust pizza. The sauce is a bit spicier than other places, but very good for the price. However, this is NOT Keto. All "cauliflower crust" has rice flour as their binder- ask them or check nutrition online- this is why it tastes almost normal. It's about 60 or 70 grams of carbs, so lower carb but NOT low carb. This pizza will throw you out of ketosis ASAP if you're not already fat adapted. I hope they follow Blaze and add a Keto crust (about 15 carbs?), with cauliflower, egg, and cheese. The staff here is always nice! Last week I sent an order in online before they opened, and it was ready right away. I didn't have any cash on me to tip the guy, and I forgot to write a review at the time. 5 stars for the staff. read more

We ordered delivery to Sons of Liberty. Ordered the bbq chicken - the crust is crispy and toasty. Great flavor, the bbq sauce wasn't overpowering & the cilantro was a refreshing twist. read more

Really great to see a Place like this in Norco. Obvious high quality food, was very happy that our medium pizza was good sized, as some places like this try to be hip and trendy and make them way to small- not scratch pizza!! Generous amount of Toppings, crush on pizza is perfectly cooked. great staff - the design of the restaurant is fun and inviting and the owners are attentive and accommodating. We will for sure be returning. read more

Been here twice both times pizza was excellent! This by far is the best pizza you can get in Norco. Prices are very reasonable. 1st time was dine in. Not my preference of atmosphere for dining,so since the pizza was so good we just did a pick up the next time. Each time we got two regular sized pizza with 3 toppings for 7.99 ea. Great deal and the ingredients were good quality and plentiful. Next time we will try delivery. read more

Honestly, it was pretty good. I don't usually stop by, maybe it been 2 years since I have ordered cheesesticks with jalapenos. I went on a whim, yesterday at around 5:40 pm. Ordered one of their specials 4 toppings cauliflower personal pizza. I chose pineapples, ham, ricotta, and jalapenos. Compared to the cauliflower crust at Pieology, which is literally a cracker consistency, this was more thin crust which I love. I can't even spot the grease on the pizza which is awesome. I wish their was more jalapenos on the pizza and the ricotta a little more melted into the pizza, but overall really good. read more

This spot is the best! Clean dining area and bathroom, friendly staff and the pizza of course is delicious! I recommend the Big Easy and Baja pizza. Also, the Caesar salad is a must. Best pizza spot in town. read more

Scratch Pizza - Amazing pizza!! must try it yourself! - Pizza Near Me - Norco, California

I'm a big pizza lover!! I try all kinds of pizzas. I always have pizza on Fridays. The quality of the sauce, dough, and toppings are important. For one thing, they're very limited on the toppings. Not much of a variety. They hardly put much toppings on the pizza. I was particularly surprised at how the Italian sausage looked. It was finely ground. It made me think it was a cheap quality. Whatever type of sausage they have, it made the pizza very salty even though there wasn't much on the pizza. The dough was very chewy to be handmade thin crust. The dough seemed bland and lacked flavor. Staff is friendly and the pizzas were served quick and hot which is the reason I gave 2 stars. I didn't quite care for the pizza. The one thing they did get right for me is the name. This place is "scratch" off my list of favorite pizza spots. read more

Literally walked in no one ahead of us ordered a xl pepperoni and a medium three topping we waited 35 minutes for it when it came out they got the medium pizza wrong how do you mix up the words pineapple with jalapeño honestly it wasn't that hard. Pizza tasted alright read more

I bought the three cheese (ricotta, parmesan, & mozzarella) & garlic pizza and it was delicious. The pizza was very fresh and I loved the crust. I will definitely be back! read more

One of the best local places at great prices and taste. Friendly service and clean. A must try

I love their pizza, BUT they get our order wrong about half of the time. This last time, they only put 2 of the 5 toppings we ordered. Come on. That's just insulting. What am I paying for? The time before that, they added bell peppers without us ordering it. The time before that, they only put on 2 of the 3 toppings I ordered. Check your pizza before you leave. read more

Definitely some of the best pizza around. I got the Scratch Classic (medium) which already comes loaded with a bunch of toppings, but I had them add chicken to it. The sauce was tasty, the crust was crispy (not burnt) on the bottom, real fresh grated mozzarella, plenty of fresh vegetables, and the meat (pepperoni, sausage, chicken) was flavorful and cooked to perfection. All for a very reasonable dine-in price of $11. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they refused to give me thin crust. The owner obviously takes pride in his dough because it was delicious. Maybe a thin crust wouldn't hold the toppings as well as his perfectly designed portion, but I feel I should still be able to order it that way. That's my only complaint, so if you love great pizza then definitely try Scratch. read more

Good pizza at a great price really tasty good ingredients will be using again in the future

Saw an ad on Facebook for this place....very excited to see the cauliflower crust :D Tried it tonight for the first time. The cauliflower crust pizza was fine....I'd def order again for myself. The problem was with the regular pizza that I ordered for the rest of the family....Got home and the dough was raw. How in the world can you make a thin crust pizza and have it still be under cooked?!?! I had nothing else to serve them, so they ate the toppings from the pizza. The side salad I ordered....they gave me a bowl of lettuce with croutons. Don't know where the "house salad" went...missing the tomatoes and olives and cheese. I can only assume this is there "caesar salad"...which I didn't order...I wanted the house salad. So, first visit to this chain.....3 items ordered....1 item was fine....1 was not cooked enough to be eaten, and 1 was the wrong item. So I don't think we'll be returning to Scratch :( read more

We normally order from the Riverside location but this time we switched it up. Big mistake. My husband called it in on his way home and was told 15 minutes, he got there in 20 to only be told they were just putting the pizzas in the oven. So once the pizzas were finally done, he was being cashed out and realized they didn't put his garlic knots in the bag. So the kid went back and got the garlic knots. The butter from the garlic knots got all over the place. Not to mention the marinara sauce was just thrown in the bag, literally. I have pictures as well. Open the pizzas and the pepperoni pizza has no cheese on it!!! I mean at this point I was not happy. So I call and was told by Kyle that the manager was extremely busy and would get to me when they could, super friendly. After about 5 minutes on hold I just hung up and decided to write this review. I'm not one to complain but nothing went right with this location last night from the time it was suppose to be ready to the pizza. We won't be going back as we never have a problem with the La Sierra one. read more

The entire kitchen staff saw an elote cart and ran outside, leaving me alone in the restaurant to add some more toppings to my already awesome creation of a pizza. 10 Minutes and three slices in, they came back with paletas...no elotes. I was confused. I still can't believe this actually happened! This place rocks! read more

Scratch Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Norco, California

Hard to find a good pizza place that's budget friendly. My picky pizza eater said we found our new pizza place today. This was hard to take home in the car without eating a piece. But boy was it worth it when we did. Amazing bbq chicken pizza. And the tomato sauce isn't paste, it's real chunks of tomatoes on the pepperoni pizza we got. I have to say this is one of may favorite pizza places ever. read more

This place is here to stay! High quality pizza for a great price. They have great lunch specials and even have select pizzas by the slice. The ingredients are fresh and refreshing. I like traditional sausage pizza but I went for the andouille sausage and it was fantastic! With all the bland pizza chains in Norco this place is a no brainier because it compares in price, has solid lunch offers, call ahead orders, select pizza slices, and the quality is much higher than those said pizza chains! I'll be back! read more

We have ordered from Scratch 2 times, both of them the delivery was late by 30 min one time and 20 min the next. We complained and they gave us a credit. We tried them two weeks later using our credit and the pizza was late again and it was cold. The quality of the pizza was good and it had good flavor. If you are going to give it a chance I highly suggest you dine in; DO NOT GET IT DELIVERED. I only gave a 3 star review because the pizza was good but again the delivery needs help or another driver so they don't have as many stops per each delivery. read more

First time here would give a five star for the pizzas for sure but the place is a it small and hot. Not the place to go if you like fountain drinks you have to buy in bottle not a wide variety of extra just ur basic salad pizza place not bad the owner came out and ask how it was and I was really glad to talk to him nice guys can't wait for the 2nd location by my house coming soon read more

Was in norco for the day and saw this place on yelp. Its a small place but i really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was so crispy that i was able to lift up the slice and it stayed straight as board. Topping and cheese were thick. (Nothing worse than a sloppy droopy pizza that you need a spoon to eat it.) But the price made it sooooooooooooooo Ooooooooooooooo Ooooo (to be continued) ............... Much better! Love me saving some bucks! Good food + cheap price = read more

In Norco for lunch on a Saturday and decided to try Scratch. Family shared a salad and a pizza. The place is nice looking and the service was great. The salad we started with came with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, and olives. A nice combo but a little light on the dressing. As far as the pizza, it was pretty good. The crust was crispy and held up well. The cheese and toppings were good. There was a bit too much sauce and it was a bit overwhelming but that is a minor point. The only negative was the pizza got cold quickly. I liked it enough to give the place another try. Consistency is the key! read more

Great service, food and prices... (not just pizza, but pasta and salads too...I visit this Norco location at least a couple times a week... I'm always greeted with a smile by my name and the food is always ready and the order accurate. Most days I place my order over the phone and speak to Cole who really is great (there is another guy there about the same age but I can't remember his name (I think he might be a manager... he's always making pizzas and monitoring what everyone else is doing)) they are both awesome!!! anyways, they have a great staff, great food and consistency. I've gone out of my way to help support this business whenever I can because the people here truly make it worthwhile. If I have one complaint, it's just that they're closed Mondays, but if it keeps their employees smiling and happy it's worth it. Thanks for being our local go to spot for pizza, pasta and salad. ... oh, and whoever brought back the pepperoncini's THANK YOU!!! read more

This is all through a 7 month period.... Well I am giving 2 stars cause the pizza has good flavor at least fromthepizzas i order. I order pizza 2-3 time a month. Sometimes 4. The bulk of it is through scratch. I have had 3 bad experiences with scratch i believe it all to be due to the customer service experience. 1st time the pizza shifted in transit so one side of the pizza had nothing on it. I called, the guy was a hard ass his name was Eric should have fix it right away but no he insisted to fight with the customer but finally got a credit after 7 minutes. 2nd time I order garlic better crust didnt get it, its only a dollar for each pizza so 4 dollars not a big deal right? Wrong Eric decided once again he insisted he put the in the oven him self after 5 minutes of arguing i should have got what I paid for or a 4 dollar credit nope... I left it at that and gave them a month break and got my pizza elsewhere. Orderd pizza again was great order pizza again was great then the the day the reason for this review came. I order 3 pizzas this round cause one of the boys where out and didn't need the normal 4. 3rd Strike One was a margarita pizza first time ordering this blaaaaa never again for sure but the real reason is I did the large 4 topping build your own and one ingredient was wrong so I called Was transferred to Eric once again and he said they made what the computer said. I sad no he said yes I said no. I was feed up at this point and at the last word he said it must have been a user error. I and left it at that its to bad Scratch has an ignorant employee like this. read more

Scratch Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Norco, California

Best pizza!!! Alfredo chicken with mushrooms is delicious! Great staff-very friendly and quick service!

Tried this Pizza today based on yelp reviews and was very disappointed. This place has mixed reviews and experiences so I figured I would try it for myself. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of cheese bread. The flavor was ok but for some reason the entire pizza crust on both items was hard to chew. We couldn't figure out if it wasn't cooked properly or if it was bad dough? Needless to say my family of three had one slice each threw the rest out. Don't plan on ordering Scratch Pizza ever again! Very disappointing dinner tonight :/ read more
