Joe and his team were simply fantastic. They showed up at our house right on time, took a quick…read moretour of what was being moved and then got right to work. They truly treat your belongings and house as their own and make sure to protect everything from any damage. They even put blankets down everywhere to protect carpet and flooring from damage/dirt. When we arrived at the new house they did the same thing. My wife was able to specify where everything went and how is was to be put in each room. Everything went better than I could have even imagined. I can't thank Joe, Gio, Joe IV, and the rest of their crew enough. From the moment they arrived, until they left, they were just the most hard working, respectful, and enjoyable guys to be around. I cannot recommend them enough. Since they finished so early, they helped us brainstorm other tasks they could do for us to fill out the minimum time. They reassembled our bed, helped unbox and place a tv, and took all the plastic wrap off everything. I was so relieved by their competence and helpfulness!

Also stopping at a storage unit along the way out of the city. Big oof! We all know what Toronto traffic is like. However, Jason and his team put all my worries to rest. He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

If you are looking to have your things thrown in the back of a truck and broken upon delivery and…read moremoving, then this is the place for you! My house closed late and last minute and needed something quick and didn't have many options - never again...My 5k bedroom set completely destroyed beyond repair and Raymour and Flanagan has to replace the entire thing including the bed and dresser. Thank god I have insurance. My brand new kitchen table scratched and gouged. My children's beds screws were put in too tightly and the frames are cracked in addition to the scratches on everything. My aunts Hope cheat (who just died) smashed and broken. To top all of this off, they didn't say a word to me about the bedroom set, the chest they said it was rotted (it is absolutely not). They left large items at the first house, showed up late, weren't finished until almost 6 after saying this would be a 6 hour job (took them 8.5 and they didn't even get everything). They complained the whole time. The woman sat her sweaty body in my son's nursery recliner and upon approaching her laughed, said I caught her sleeping, and didn't move. Completely unprofessional, rude, liars, and nasty. Spoke ill of people we mutually knew and told me about all of the open court cases she had going on after they had already moved my things. After addressing the items left behind through messages, she was rotten and nasty about how tired they were among other things. After the back and forth I stopped responding to her because I no longer felt comfortable being around her for fear she would attack me or do something else. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could do it all again I would have NEVER went with this company and don't better due diligence. And instead of apologizing and owning up to what they did, they argued with me and said my items were already broken and damaged. I said I would pay the remaining balance after the items were fixed and she said that wasn't happening and squared me up. I'm not here to argue with a grown woman with my children in my home and make them afraid or have myself or them get hurt. I just want to share my experience so others are aware especially people who they think they can take advantage of, like single moms.

I would highly recommend them and would use them again. I interviewed three moving companies. These guys impressed me the most. They called me back immediately and had the clearest pricing plan of any company in the Buffalo area. The day of our move they were on time and kept me updated on their arrival. They individually covered everything dresser, table, and bookcase to protect them. At the end of the move there was not a single mark on my walls or on any of my personal items. Most important these guys were respectful. Our move took all day and I never heard a bad word or inappropriate language. You always worry inviting a stranger into your house. These guys introduce themselves and we're polite to my whole family. Good Neighbors Moving was an excellent choice for our move and I would highly recommend them to anyone. These guys are professionals and take pride in their work.
