Whatever she was doing (knitting) was more important than building customer rapport. The person there, who I'm assuming was the owner, was not really outgoing or friendly either, just ordinary. This place was a big disappointment. It has the potential to be an amazing little jewel, but it's just not. The knitting needle display was also a mess. Oh, and her large dog is confined to a tiny space behind her register. That's just plain cruel. Talk to your dog, and take your dog on a long walk!
