That was foreshadowing of what I would experience as well. Very disorganized Poor communication She told me the ladies would arrive at 1:30 pm and we had text confirmation however they showed up at 9:30am! I was still picking things up and finishing laundry so I was there for an hour with them and then left for work. I was assured at least one lady would speak English but that was not the case.ugh! I tried talking a little and just welcoming them and asking if they had any questions. Not really any communication in return. So I noticed as they vacuumed upstairs on the stairs the lady was hitting the banister hard with the vacuum and was loud and I figured I would ask them next time just to sweep it to save the wood from being beat up. Yikes ! I had specifically asked that the back door glass be cleaned and they sweep or dry mop under the furniture especially the couches where they could. Neither of these things were done. I also noticed they did not clean around the tub where we have a wide window sill. I mentioned all this to the owner in which she apologized and said they'd do it next time. Ugh The real kicker was her telling me to leave a key for them and they'd let themselves in next time. So I did that. Handed one of the ladies the key and she smiled so I figured she understood. In two weeks, I never heard from owner so I texted her that night and asked if they were coming the next morning and she said yes. I get a call the next morning with her stating the maids were locked out and why I didn't leave a key !!!!! I reminded her I gave them the key last time and she tells me that the lady did not understand why I gave it to her and left it under our front doormat! What????? So needless to say I was done dealing with this train wreck. I just clean the house myself so I know it's done right. Owner was polite the entire time but the lack of communication between her and her staff and lack of quality cleaning and charging so much was not for us. Thank you
