This place is the best... period. First off, they are fast. When I talk to my friends and family,…read morethey complain about having to wait days to get their car in to the mechanic and often have to leave their vehicle there for days at a time. I honestly cannot remember a time that I called and did not have an appointment for the next day at the latest (often they get me in that day). In addition, I cannot remember ever having to leave my vehicle overnight. They always finish the job that day. Second, they are extremely fair in their prices. The first time I took my vehicle in (2002), it was because the dealership wanted $1600 for a repair. When Randy looked it over, he apologized to me that the repair would cost upward of $500. I was blown away. And throughout the years, they have consistently charged me well below my expectations. Third, they go out of their way to be helpful. I had a situation where I really needed to get my car fixed but I desperately needed to be across town at the same time and could not wait for a bus. In hearing this, Scott drove me to my work and dropped me off so I would not be late. Fourth, they will suggest against a repair if they think the long term value is not there or if there is a better option. One time, I brought in an older car that was having brake problems. After diagnosing the problem (rusted brake lines), Scott suggested that I should not get the repair because there was so much rust underneath that it wouldn't be worth it. Who does that!?! And another time, I had a problem with my catalytic converter and the repair was going to be somewhere in the $1000 range for my particular vehicle. However, before starting work on it, Randy checked (without me asking) and found that the part I needed was under warranty and that I could get it done at the dealership for free. These are just a small handful of stories/reasons why I will be a lifelong customer. P.S. My friend also goes to Dyno-Tune and upon hearing his stories, his dad will actually drive his vehicles down from Chicago because it is faster and cheaper than mechanics in his area!
