The owner John came to my house to look things over and give me ideas of what to do. He wasn't pushy in anyway and worked with my price point. I went to his showroom in Visalia to look over the materials they had to offer and to look at photos of other pools he had built. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. They all made me feel comfortable and were all very professional. Once the start date was set, the process began, which only took a couple months to complete. All of the subcontractors were friendly and very hard working. After the job was completed, John and his crew followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied with the results, answered any questions I had, and explained in detail how to operate all of the equipment. Craig, who came out every time I had a question was very knowledgeable and helpful, he had a lot of patience with my questions and answered everything I needed. Michelle, who works in the office, has been a blessing also, she kept me updated every step of the way, answered all the questions I had, and if she didn't know the answer she would find out and get back to me quickly. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it.
