Any email you send them goes unanswered and they never call you to inform you what is going on. You must call them and talk to their HR woman who can't answer any questions and didn't know what a perc test was for. They came to dig for the perc test in mid April 2025 and it was July 2nd before anyone came to look at the huge pit in our yard. They said they county would take about 6 weeks, but it took 10 weeks and I 100% believe it's because they didn't apply for the county to come out in an orderly fashion. I called multiple times for an update in that 10 weeks and the HR woman told me she "couldn't give me an update because she didn't know where I lived" .... in which I suggested I give her my address. When I gave her my address SHE asked ME what step of the process we were at... like they had no information on file about us. After the perc test on July 2nd, they didn't come out to start until mid September 2025. To their credit, they put the system in in about 2 days, so we felt really encouraged we were finally almost done. Then had to wait an extra 2 weeks with our yard completely torn up because their electrician couldn't come out because they didn't contact him in time. We ended up getting our own electrician to speed up the process. After they finished, the left our yard with the access pipes sticking 4-6 inches out of the ground after they said it would only be a quarter of an inch. I even included my shoe in a picture to let you see how far out of the ground these pipes are sticking, it's ridiculous and a hazard. The ground is completely uneven, they didn't even try to grade it and there are so many rocks that growing grass is pretty much impossible. Even if we were able to grow grass, mowing would be dangerous as rocks would be flying everywhere. We started this project in April 2025 and they finished early October 2025 right in time for the rain and frost so growing is impossible anyways. Seriously, run away from this company. We have had multiple people come over and ask us what happened to our yard. Friends who had other companies redo their septic system were appalled they treated us this way. This company does not care about you.

He was a charming professional, great young man, that knew exactly what to do. His boss said we could have the job for the $1,500. IF we could pay it all right now, we could only scrape together $1000. (weekend, bank closed and all we had available) so now have to pay the additional (total $925). in a couple weeks after we get paid. There are no discounts for seniors, veterans, first responders etc. they do not do credit checks, nor do they make payment arrangements to ease burden for low income, wanting immediate large payments only. Mason was a wonderful employee, knew his stuff, honest young man and we would be happy to have him come out again if we had any issues.

We do have screenshots of this exchange. Please be careful with this company having access to your home or contact information. Original review: Our family chose 7 Pines based on their high ratings to replace a warranty water heater for our elderly mother, but the experience was a disaster. If you have a split system (combined furnace/water heater), I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The issues: Technical Negligence: They installed a new water heater without turning off the furnace. Multiple secondary experts confirmed this likely damaged the heat exchange or resulted in an incorrect hookup. We now have lukewarm water and a compromised system. Lack of knowledge: Despite clear evidence, the owner denied it was a split system, even though we are currently receiving bids to separate the two units due to the damage caused. Failed communication: We were repeatedly told someone would come to fix the issues. On several occasions (including a promised Friday visit), no one showed up and no one called. I had to initiate every follow-up. Warranty refusal: Even though the hot water stopped working immediately following their installation, they refused to honor their work warranty or provide a refund for the service work that they not only failed to adequately perform, but also caused damage to another system. We ultimately had to hire another company to diagnose the mess. 7 Pines lacked the basic technical knowledge to handle this install and showed zero accountability when things went wrong. There has been NO CARPET CLEANING service provided. On or about 12/2/25 I spoke with Tabatha at WaterBear, explaining that I had some wine stains on a small area of carpet. I asked if that was something her company could help with. She said she would send someone to take a look. A gentleman, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my home and looked at the stains. He said he thought the carpet should be steam cleaned, but his big truck was out for repair and he would have Tabatha call and set up an appointment with me to get the work done. Tabatha never called. A couple days later I called the company back and asked if there was a problem, explaining my situation. The receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone get back to me. No one has called me or been in touch. And today I get this invoice. I am pretty grossed out at the level of customer service, or lack thereof. Just to be clear, this invoice will not be paid. There was no service provided, no phone call to set something up, and no follow up by your company. I will find someone else to do the work.

I was so confused…read morewith my home's downspout drainage system and unsure how to tell if it was working properly or clogged, etc. Tyler came out, checked it over, suggested he could do a cleaning to see if it was clogged, gave a great price, so we scheduled the cleaning. He and his son were here on time and in great spirits. There actually was a fair amount of buildup in some of the downspouts, but in general everything was still in working order. I feel so much better having them fully cleaned out now. Like I said, Tyler was just a really nice, genuine person to deal with. I felt taken care of.
