They came out at the time they were scheduled and proceeded to dig down to where the lid of our tank was. (we had never had our septic tank pumped before and weren't exactly sure where the lid was.) They found our lid on the first try and pumped our tank. It was discovered that we had the wrong lid on our tank and roots had grown under the lid and caused the clog. After discussing what the proper fix for this problem was we scheduled Drain-Pro to come back out and do the work. They arrived at the scheduled time and fixed the problem by putting a riser over the tank opening and fitting the proper lid in place. They then filled in the area with the removed soil.
