I wish I could give this company zero stars. Worst moving experience of my life. After picking up my items that I was told were going to be delivered on September 4th, I didn't end up getting my items until Sept 12th with absolutely no communication. I packed my life saving medication and all my clothing to start a new job and was left high and dry for weeks. The worst of it was when they were unloading, first they showed up 8 hours late and refused to unload my items unless I paid them $150 more dollars. No one could explain why, I was straight up shaken down for money. They were also supposed to assemble my furniture, but brought no tools with them. They told me it was fine, but they second the left at 11pm at night, I sat on my bed AND IT COMPLETELY FELL APART. The legs snapped and my expensive bed frame was destroyed. They also did the same thing to both my nightstands. All my boxes were crumpled and beaten, it looked like they had moved them multiple times since picking them up. There was nothing I could do except file a moving claim and it's been months without seeing any result of that. The moving claims company looked like a scam as well, tons of ad pop-ups and entering in the same information over and over. Do anything in your power to avoid this company at all costs. read more

hired another company called OneSource van lines and they didn't tell us princz moving was the third party. After pickup, we were told two weeks until our items arrived in Texas from Montana. I stayed in Montana for two weeks because we have a brand new baby and two kids. I flew to Texas after 2 weeks and kept getting told it was delayed. They unloaded our items somewhere and left it for a few weeks. I've been in Texas for 2 more weeks (4 week total) and our items finally showed up today only to be damaged and broken. All of my daughter's bedroom furniture is brown and I haven't even opened boxes yet so I am afraid I will find way more damaged items. read more

If I could give zero stars, that would still be too high .By far the worst moving experience EVER!! My mother had to move to a retirement home in California and I had to arrange moving her stuff. Movers arrived a day late for pick up, then packed with the skill of a couple of kindergarten children. They tried to charge me 50% more than the original bid ( this is after doing a video walk through itemizing everything and confirming the price). They backed off the up charge but kept trying to slip extra charges in every step of the way. After telling me the items would arrive in about 5 days, it took 30 days for my mom's stuff to arrive. We paid for the " white glove service" full packing and unpacking , but when the movers arrived at my mom's place they refused to unpack anything. They left piles of boxes in the hallway . The boxes are all falling apart with many items smashed - Again it looks like 6 -year-olds did the packing. Antique furniture that has survived many moves, now unusable. They took a needlepoint rug that was in my mom's living room and used it to wrap furniture!!! Destroyed! This company should be shut down permanently read more

This company was formerly Atlantis Van Lines. Ori Siri Princz ran both companies and the registered mailing address in Sunrise, Florida is the same. I moved from Oregon to Texas a year ago. I hired Atlantis because they advertise that they are a carrier, not a broker. My items arrived in Texas sooner than I expected and everything went downhill from there. The company called me and said the driver was arriving within a couple hours. I asked for a days notice so I could take off work. They said I would incur "extra charges" for that. So I asked my mother to supervise the move until I could get there. When I arrived, my mom was furious. the movers were throwing and kicking my things, haphazardly piling them in the garage. Almost all of my plastic bins were completely crushed. Every piece of furniture was damaged and all of my wood antiques that the movers packed were damaged or destroyed. The movers broke light fixtures in my moms house in their hurry to move my stuff, they scratched her floor, and they almost refused to put the furniture back together that was supposed to be part of my move. They lost my mattress (for a week), and a huge number of my boxes, which were never recovered. The boxes had damage - it looked like things had poked into them, or they were crushed or ripped open. They kept putting other people's boxes in my garage, encouraging me to look in them to see if my missing items were in them (in OTHER people's *taped up* boxes). They didn't want to put other people's stuff back on the truck. The driver of the truck finally told me that he was not an employee of Atlantis and he just "picked up the job" that day. None of his helpers were movers. He hired them off Craigslist that day and paid them in cash at my house. The company claims to have "vetted" the people they have coming in your home, but this is not true. I don't know whether the company lost my things or if the movers stole them. I paid $9700 for this move and I figure I have over $8k of lost and damaged items. The mediation company they use to settle disputes won't work with you unless you agree to never sue them or write negative reviews about them, so I couldn't do mediation to get reimbursed. Before you hire a moving company, check out the Facebook group "Moving Company Scams." Better yet, get a Uhaul and do it yourself. Knowing what I do now (that the law protects the moving companies and it's virtually impossible to get relief when things go wrong), I will never ever hire a moving company again, I'd sooner throw my belongings off a cliff - they'd probably arrive at the bottom in better shape. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here's the timeline. Hired this crap company to move my elderly 67 year old mother from Montana to TX. Hired them in mid September. They knew our target move date was 10/3. the whole family was driving down with animals and mother. So this company comes on 9/20 to pick up my mother's entire house that we had in storage. We start making our way down to Texas on 10/1, call the moving company multiple times to try and get an ETA on where the truck was. FINALLY get a call back on 10/3 only to find out our stuff still hasn't even left MONTANA!!! are you kidding me. so here's my elderly mother sitting still to this day on 10/8 with literally nothing in her new house. No bed, no couch, no towels, no nothing. and this crap company still can't give a date on when her stuff will arrive. It's been an absolute nightmare! read more

ZERO STARS MINUS Our experience with Princz was excruciating. I'm sure we are just another notch on their bed post. I believe what their "MO" is, to have 2 guys show up for the loading, who genuinely are "professional packers", even though they did show up with an unmarked truck. They are pretty convincing with what they do. Unbeknownst to us, from MT they take your load to storage in OR. It sits there where they now turn the job over any random person with a truck, who they subcontract to or "collaborate with" (their words) that can fill their run with however much of your stuff they can. Then 2 weeks later do the same with what's left. In our case, what was left behind was 2/3rds of the total and was totaled in a rollover wreck. Our belongings of 45 years now sits in a trailer at the towing company to rot, because the uninsured company they "collaborated with" will not pay the $21,000 towing bill, and have yet to hear word one from Princz. Not a problem for Princz, once they crap out this name for their company, they close up shop and open under another name... We have documentation (including photos) that verify not only the truck (J&Z Movers)/driver (Raul), that rolled and totaled our belongings/furniture was uninsured, but the truck/driver was not even licensed to transport furniture (big surprise). The first truck (SH Freight Inc)/driver (Ahmad), that delivered the first half of our belongings (you know, the delivery that my husband had to unload), was not licensed to transport furniture either! Ahmad is a freight driver, his words not mine. He was driving his brother's freight truck. To Lori (Princz GM), your defense doesn't hold water. You felt for one mistake (no body to unload our first delivery) I shouldn't "bad mouth" Princz. That "this had never happened before and would not happen again". Yet Raul had not one helper in his truck for the second delivery en-route to our house. I strongly doubt on Labor Day Sunday he was going to round up "professionals" as Princz advertises, to unload. You were more concerned with pressuring me to sign your "Settlement Agreement" as "compensation" for the "inconvenience" ($500) for my husband having to unload his own furniture. Princz fraudulently markets "door to door professional movers from pick up to deliver", and then goes ahead and does the same scam the for the second delivery. This is not only a breach of contract (again), but fraudulent advertising... negligence at the highest level. To Davad (Princz CS), the guy who says (and I quote) that he "is not a liar"...yet calls Sunday September 3, 2023, claiming the truck had a mechanical issue. When in fact the truck wrecked on Saturday September 2, 2023. Sounds like a blatant lie to me. I'd love to know who messed with Raul's cell phone sending me texts Sunday September 3,2023 @12:14am and beyond as if Raul was on schedule, when Raul was injured and in the hospital by midnight Saturday Sept 2, 2023. These sleazy, disgusting business practices are what is destroying yours and so many industries in America. You are all too cowardly to answer your emails or take calls from the family victims involved in this. That in itself speaks volumes as to the lack of integrity, professionalism and morals. read more
