The Linda Cunningham boutique located in San Marco is a really beautiful, classy, and inspiring…read moreshopping experience. Linda Cunningham is a local resident and a fashion designer, so all of the clothes in the boutique are her original designs. I am under the impression that this place is by appointment only, but that could actually be wrong. Not entirely sure. The only time I have been here is when I went to do a fitting for a Best Buddies International event in which I would be modeling her clothes. It is very luxurious... large, well designed rooms with high ceilings and big windows house her clothes of bright colors and hip styles that are really classy and elegant at the same time as being fashion forward. Every garment is beautiful and you just want to walk through and touch everything. There is amazing jewelry, gowns, casual dresses, cocktail dresses, pants, jeans, tops, etc etc etc. She basically designs it all. If you were a rich girl [la di da di da di da] then this would be the kind of place where you would shop and fill your closet with her amazing pieces. Her clothes are pretty expensive, but awesome. You won't find anything on that level for less money, unless you are a very skilled shopper. Classy and chic, funky and fun, elegant and awesome. I love Linda Cunningham designs, and I love that she is a local designer. This is a really special gem of Jacksonville's fashion culture.

It pains me to write this review because I genuinely wanted this partnership to succeed…read more In January 2026, I partnered with Maria at Coastal Elements to host Mahjong lessons. The classes were successful, bringing customers into the store and creating a fun community event. I was excited to support another woman-owned business. I received one payment in February 2026 for approximately four weeks of lessons. After that, I continued teaching throughout March, April, and May. Despite repeated requests for payment, I was given various reasons for the delay and assured that payment was coming. I even offered to accept installment payments if that would help. Unfortunately, payment never arrived. For months, I attempted to resolve this matter privately through texts, phone calls, in-person conversations, and follow-up requests. I ultimately sent a certified demand letter, which was received, yet I am still awaiting payment for services that were provided months ago. I take responsibility for not having a more detailed written agreement in place. However, I firmly believe that when work is completed as agreed, payment should be made in a timely manner. I do not write this out of anger. I simply want to be paid for the work I performed. My hope is that Coastal Elements will honor its commitment and resolve this matter without further action.

If I were a wealthy young yuppie with babies, this is where I would buy all of their clothes and…read moretoys and items of other natures. And that pretty much sums this place up! Babies whose parents shop here will be well dressed, preppy little ones in cute outfits, bright colors, and nice fabrics. The also sell everything one could need for their child from artwork for the nursery, furniture, toys, diaper bags and accessories, hygiene products, shoes, and even individually created heirloom pieces for special occasions like baptisms. I love this place because it makes having a child look like this perfect little package of joy. If only parenthood were really as beautiful and fun as this store makes it seem. I am sure, in real life, it's actually even better than that! However, for the non-parents out there, this is a good place to plant the seed [pun not intended] in the mind. And for actual parents, this is a nice little haven to make your children feel happy and look happy. That is, if you are wealthy and preppy. :)
