Multiple people came to my window looked at my receipt and once they noticed it was the standard purchase they walked away. My vehicle sat there water drying up on its own when finally one person came and gave it a pass by. After that he went back to work on the vehicle next to me again. I normally come here twice a month, but after today my business will go elsewhere.

For car wash, go elsewhere…read more $46 for a basic wash and dry for a full size pick up truck. Worst part is they use towels to "slap" the middle of the windshield and roof to dry it rather than using the step ladders they have sitting there for this very purpose. To dry areas they can't reach. Same goes for wiping it when they were soaping/washing it. Never go here.

There has been multiple cases of assault at this store and they still haven't fired the perpetrators. Thats why they cant find new hires that stay because of the way they treat people. I wouldn't come here.

We were able to text the office with any questions before and during our visit. We ran into some hiccups with parts matching up and throughout it all they gave us clear communication. They worked hard to keep us close to our original quote and were transparent when additional work would cost more. Trust them with your (diesel) home on wheels, you won't regret it! There's a great food court style conglomerate of businesses including pizza, Mexican food, coffee shop, and beer garden right next door where you can spend your time during those lengthy repairs! We had a break down on my 2002 F250 7.3 diesel on the way from Southern California to a family…read morereunion at the KOA campground near this shop. Had our 5th wheel towed to the campground and had the truck towed to Watsonville Diesel. Truck sat for the weekend at their shop. Went to the shop Monday and spoke with the owner. I voiced my concerns about what I believed to be the issue with the truck more than once, clogged filters in the fuel tank. He explained to me that the fuel pump had failed and assured me that the repair would solve our problem. Being that we so far from home and up against a reservation timeline in Morro Bay. I paid him $1235.00 for a $130 fuel pump and left. We left the next morning after hooking up our 5th wheel and headed to Morro Bay. After about 80 miles into our 100 mile trip the exact thing happened. The truck quit running just as it had before on the initial break down. My first call was to the shop that "repaired" my truck and told them of my break down. Receptionist took a message and I never got a return call. Went to the auto parts store and purchased another fuel pump. Installed it in a grocery store parking lot and left to continue the remainder of our trip. 10 minutes and 5 or 6 miles down the road the same thing happened again, except this time on a hilly windy two lane road. I was barely able to get it into an emergency turn off and worked on a solution to my fuel problem. Sent my wife in her car to buy fuel cans and 15 gallons of diesel and some 3/8" fuel line. Ran the fuel lines from the fuel pump to the gas cans in the bed of the truck bypassing the trucks fuel tank. Turned the key and the truck fired up and ran fair the rest of the journey to our campsite. The next morning, I removed the fuel tank in my campsite from the truck and removed the fuel pickup from the tank and disassembled. Guess what I found, two in the tank filter/ strainers more than 100% clogged. Cleaned the strainers with some brake cleaner and reinstalled the fuel tank. We left the next morning to return home. Truck ran less than perfect 300 miles home without incident. To my dismay the continued fuel starvation over the course of our trip to Morro caused the fuel injectors to incur damage. The repair bill will be around $3000 because a "diesel mechanic" didn't know how to diagnose a fuel system problem. Several phone calls and texts have gone unanswered. I got a response after I threatened a lawsuit. They blamed the fuel pump not the inaccurate diagnoses. This business owner does not need to be in business and not leaving me any alternative than to take him to court. He needs to return my money for the initial repair and pay for my injectors due to his missed diagnoses. LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I fixed it myself. See you in court!
