I've been going to Scott's Training Systems (formerly Body By Scott) for 3 years, and have gotten into the best shape of my life as a result of my structured workouts and recommended meal options. You may have seen Scott on 3TV as he is often interviewed for health and fitness segments. Scott and his team of skilled trainers work with regular people like me, but also many award-winning professional body-builders (he also competes from time to time), bathing suit competitors and Ms. AZ contestants. The studio is bright and clean, and the equipment ranges from weights, ropes, kettle balls and state of the art machines. STS just started offering group training classes which I hope to check out soon too. read more

Best Gym in town! Been here a year and the group classes are amazing. Everyone that works out here has seen results as well. Scott is fantastic, if you aren't able to do the rep he helps modify. All the trainers here care about the clients. You aren't just another typical client. I use to be a fit body client in California. But since I moved to Arizona this is the best place in Chandler. They also are very passionate about Warriors and Veterans, & lots of other Charities that they donate and sponsor. Stop by and meet Scott and the other Trainers. You'll definitely be happy!! read more

I have been training with Scott for almost two years in preparation for pageants and as cross training for Triathlon. Every time I go it is always a great and supportive environment not only from Scott and his staff but the other people training. Scott works hard to make sure I stay on track with my goals and if I am struggling he makes sure I find ways to fix it, and figure out what is causing me to fall off track. Not only is there so much support at STS but i have also gotten so much stronger and this has shown in my recent OCR races and Triathlons. Thank you Scott for all you do! read more

STS is the best! I always used to go to the gym and do some cardio and random weights, but now thanks to Scott I know what to do and what works best for my body. I've been a loyal client since May 2014, and I love it! I live in South Scottsdale so it's about a 30 minute drive to Scott's but it's worth it. I've trained with several trainers and Scott is the best by a long run. Don't forget to try their yoga! Awesome teachers and flexible schedules. read more

I have other friends that are members and their plans are all different based on their goals - no cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all with these guys. I recently moved back to Phoenix after 7 years on the East Coast and STS was the first and only place that I considered with regards to getting back to a rewarding exercise regiment. Scott personally met with me and really listened to what I wanted out of my workouts as well as what my overall goal was. He helped me with meal plans, developed a fitness schedule that worked into my life schedule (work, kids, etc) and really keeps me motivated. His team of fitness coaches are amazing! They all are very knowledgeable and they all specialize in healthy lifestyle living! Everyone at STS really makes you feel as if you are part of their family. I've meet some really great people and have developed some really strong friendships. Working out at STS and with Scott is something I look forward to every week. read more

I have been working with Scott Keppel as my personal online trainer now for just over 2 years. I have a physical disability that most people would not even know if they met me, but every time I ask a trainer to take into consideration of what I can or cannot do they have never listened. Scott has not only listened but remembers every time he sends me a new workout plan. He makes sure to put workouts together after putting thought into every muscle type workout that he draws up and that is benefit that I cannot even express how helpful it is. I am 47 now and I am stronger, leaner, healthier and have more energy than when I was in my 30s and i was working out then as well but with no direction. I attribute every bit of this to Scott's very detailed, perfectly scripted and all encompassing workouts that I do 5 or 6 days a week. He draws them up for me depending on how many days a week I want to workout for the next cycle and no muscle is left alone. Even after working out for 2 years straight, each time I get a new workout cycle I am a good sore for the next 2 weeks which lets me know how well it works and how great the new plan is. I workout on my own and I have been working out like this for many years and I push myself so his online training that allows me to just take his plan and do it myself works perfectly for me. Scott is always there to answer any questions for me, and if I pull a muscle or strain something is there to tell me what to do to not make it worse and get it feeling better and stronger. He also is great with nutrition and making sure you stay on the right eating habits for the type of plan that you want whether it is for building muscle or thinning out. He will plan your workouts for you to do at home or at a gym or you can go to his gym a day or two a week as well to make sure everything is being done correctly or if you just need help or motivation. If you are looking for an online trainer that is the absolute BEST you need to contact Scott Keppel for sure. He is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with and I will be using him for many years to come. Give him a call, if he can make this 47 year old stronger than i have ever been and allow me to have abs I can see then think what he could do for you. It will be a decision you will never regret. Feel free to contact me or ask me any specifics about the benefits I have gained from working with Scott as my trainer. Kevin read more

I met Scott 8 years ago when he trained me to compete for Miss America. He trained me with the right exercises personalized for my body/needs, helped me to build muscle and tone, and helped me to feel my absolute strongest and best come competition day. I was so grateful for his help and couldn't have felt more confident or healthy. Through every stage in life since then, I've trusted STS to help me create the healthy lifestyle and workout regimen that's best for me. I'm now a doctor, and I understand the toll that improper workouts can take on the body, so I don't trust just anyone who claims they just know how to create exercises. Scott's knowledge is not just regimens and exercises; he understands the physiology behind building muscle/recovery, optimizing your metabolism, and focuses on whole mind + body strength. And - he and his team are absolutely fantastic people!! He is positive, encouraging, and man he pushes you to work hard! But at the end of a session with Scott, I know there's nothing more valuable I could have done with that time to take care of myself and take steps toward a healthier, stronger, better me. I'm so grateful I met Scott 8 years ago and I will be an STS client for life!! read more

Scott's Training System (STS) is hands down one of the best training gyms in the East Valley. I have had the pleasure to be a part of this gym for close to 3 years. It has been the best decision in my fitness journey for many reasons. At STS you are a part of a family, you are welcomed and celebrated on all levels of fitness and the trainers love what they do. It shows!! To listen, to motivate and to empower their clients to achieve their individual goals on their fitness journey. In group class Serena's positivity, motivation and leadership qualities among many more keeps me excited to be in her group class. Nolan's kick boxing is always sure to kick my butt and keeps me strong. Reed's work with my girls has been a game changer. His ability to get his kids to work hard, have fun and accomplish their fitness goals speaks volumes of the kind of coach he is. Scott is one of the best trainers in the valley! He has transformed my body, helped me with my nutrition and has taught me about balance. His knowledge and passion is like no other. I always look forward to my gym sessions, to be challenged to workout in the most positive and upbeat environment!! read more

I have been seeing Scott and Mark at STS for all of 2012. I had multiple goals. Improve my fitness but to also rehab my knee where I had torn 2 ligaments. I have achieved both goals. My leg is the strongest it has been in 3 years and I have lost body fat and added muscle. My wife also goes to Scott's group classes twice a week and she loves it. Having played sports at college and beyond I am really picky about where I work out. I think most trainers do a month long course and then it is the blind leading the blind but not at STS. Everyone in there is so knowledgeable and great and I really enjoy going in there. I highly recommend STS to anyone who wants professional help for any type of fitness goals. read more
