He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation. I've only been going to Allan for a few months now, and I'm extremely pleased too. Every training session with him leaves me a little sore a day or two later in the best possible way. Add to that, I am getting stronger. Clothes are fitting better and my wife likes the "stud factor" in my fitness and muscle mass. Of course, I'm eating better food, less of it and not so late--all coached by Allan! The man is worth listening to and every penny. My wife, my friend, and I recommend Allan and give him SIX STARS!

I was told I could sign up for 8 sessions, paid over 4 payments, and once the last payment is complete, I could cancel effective immediately. Well I've been trying to get it cancelled for literally weeks now and they just keep dragging me in circles as money keeps getting pulled out of my account. I'm at the point where I am having to email the Regional Manager in the HOPES he can do something to help me, because the gym manager basically said tough luck and LITERALLY said I should wait around a couple more weeks and just see if the cancellation happens!! I don't know about him, but I don't have HUNDREDS of dollars to let them take while I just wait and see if it works!! They have now charged me $300 more than I agreed to, and there's no end in sight!! Other than this scam of a program, the gym is fine in general. It's kept clean and has lots of machines and amenities. It's often pretty busy though, so keep that in mind. The normal membership is fine, and I've enjoyed Eos classes in the past, though I haven't taken any at this specific location. Also keep in mind that there's a 1-month waiting period for cancelling a general membership, so plan ahead. They don't make that clear at all until you try to cancel. Overall, I'd say 4 stars for the gym in general, just cause the staff aren't always very helpful, but zero stars and a giant WARNING sign for their more expensive programs like personal training.

They have TVs with closed captioning for entertainment This location had an upstairs area which is different, and there were elevators available. I opted to purchase a year commitment vs month to month. Doing that waived the annual fee. For a clean, safe gym with updated equipment I spent well under $300- basic membership. Returning to a purposeful, structured workout routine with equipment I am unable to have at home will help with me meet and exceed my health and fitness goals. Very pleased so far!

They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships, they hardly ever have anyone working at the gym, so any questions are not answered. When trying to discuss options on cancellation or turning off auto renewal they claim to not be able to help. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Since we did the all-day pass for the littles, the two older kids and husband and me were include. All-in-all, it was $76 for admissions and 6 pairs of socks. We hung out for a few hours, went home for dinner, and then came back for a couple hours. After spending the entire day, we decided to convert to a monthly membership. The facility was so clean in the playgrounds, eating area, and bathrooms. The staff were pleasant and patient. The play areas were so much fun and large enough for adults to follow around the kids. My husband and I had a blast playing with the kids and were able to navigate the playground fully. With summer coming, we will be spending a lot of time here and will recommend to any others.

I first worked out with Scott during 2014. He got me in the best shape and health of my life... right in time for my wedding. All the clients had been w/Scott for about 10 years, what a testament to the results. By mid 2014...I was in killer shape, got busy, wanted to cut back on expenses and quit going to Scott's training systems. As I I started putting on body fat....I tried other trainers, Orange Theory, working out on my own and I found myself back up to a high body fat percentage and feeling frustrated and unhealthy. At the end of 2015... I finally decided enough is enough.. I need Scott's help and didn't care about the cost and the time to drive there, it's worth it for the results. After describing how I've had unexplained weight gain... Scott wanted to review my blood work before he knew how he was going to train me. We found that my thyroid output is low and my inflammation is really high...I had a lot of food intolerance that I didn't know about. Scott said the high intensity that I was doing was potentially causing my inflammation to get worse, which led to weight gain around my middle section. Scott's Training Systems works.... I told my husband and Scott don't ever let me quit, there is a reason clients stay with Scott....to keep their killer bodies! Scott's Training System (STS) is hands down one of the best training gyms in the East Valley. I have had the pleasure to be a part of this gym for close to 3 years. It has been the best decision in my fitness journey for many reasons. At STS you are a part of a family, you are welcomed and celebrated on all levels of fitness and the trainers love what they do. It shows!! To listen, to motivate and to empower their clients to achieve their individual goals on their fitness journey. In group class Serena's positivity, motivation and leadership qualities among many more keeps me excited to be in her group class. This gym is tailored to support individual health/fitness goals amidst a community of professionals & clientele who quickly become your cheerleaders & friends. My goal was to carry a 20lb pack up a 19,340 ft mountain in 5 days. I needed a 6month training program & Scott introduced me to NOLAN who tailored a strengthening program for my legs, upper body, as well as endurance to get me up the mountain. Mike Egan is a trainer at Scott's Training Systems who has worked with me for several months in and outside of the gym to help me get closer to my fitness goals. While working out with Mike, I have received countless uniquely individualized body workouts; I'm rather certain I've never done the same set of exercises while working with Mike, so the experience is always fresh and interesting. I've learned a lot while working out with Mike, and I've begun to feel far more comfortable working out on my own due to the confidence in myself that Mike has helped me build. As someone who has been on stage her whole life, I was very comfortable with the idea of being in front of a large crowd. Last month, I started a challenge where I've committed to two workouts a day where one must be outside. I love the 5:30 AM workouts and the people that I work out with at STS so much that I'm willing to push my outside workouts to the late afternoon when it is 20-25 degrees warmer. Scott is a fantastic trainer! He takes the time to get to know you, understands your limitations and supports your goals. He designs a variety of workouts that motivate and make you want to work out. He is knowledgeable with a variety of clients including breast cancer survivors. I love that STS supports the community with an annual fundraiser for breast cancer, as well as making the holidays a little brighter for less fortunate kids by collecting toys (Make A Wish). I have consistently worked out at STS for several years with several different trainers. All of them have been amazing - push me when I need pushing and help modify when I need to modify. There is no pressure to be "just like everyone else" even in a group setting. The attention is individualized no matter how many people are working out at the same time. I recently came back from major surgery and Scott has been instrumental in my rehabilitation. I can't recommend this facility or the trainers more than 5 stars! read more

In the 20 months that I have been working out (4x per week) I have never once done the same workout. I felt overwhelmed at first, but Coach Craig's passion and enthusiasm soon made me fall in love with the rigor of sports training and the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Every aspect of Craig's coaching illustrates his deep understanding of biomechanics and training methodology. He is extremely skilled in breaking down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps, and demonstrating these concepts in ways that resonate with a person's learning style. His detailed and consistent approach has accelerated my progress, and it is not a day that goes by that I do not learn something new. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Coach Craig over all these years I have been training at 5150. What sets him apart is the personal attention he gives to each person who walks into his gym, cognizant of their goals, and their starting level of fitness. Craig has always focused on developing the proper foundations for fitness, focusing on proper form and performance of exercises, and not allowing anyone to lift weights heavier than what is appropriate for their level of fitness. In the parking lot, their members assemble and get ready for their group activity. This is the first gym I have seen to adapt in this way. Social distancing and exercise in a group.
