Price went up a bit which is sad, but it's still a ton of fun there and their flow rider (the wave) is a lot of fun

There are a lot of better ways to spend $45. The children's area for small kids didn't have any signs up, but it closes at 7pm. The axe throwing featured the dullest axes known to man. And the wood for the targets are all chewed up. The arcade games aren't included in the $45 The wave pool isn't included in the $45. The bumper car area is like 15' x 15'. The outdoor water equipment isn't included. There is a beat up swingset that has shoddy repairs I didn't try the laser tag or rock climbing so I don't have any comments on that. And the mini golf was pretty basic. They should charge less for entry or have more included with the $45 entry fee. read more

They didn't tell us when we were paying for our day passes ( $45.00 per person) that most of the Arcade Games weren't in working condition and the ones that were working were not working properly. In addition to the day pass fee you need to purchase a prepaid card in order to use the arcade games. Most games are $5 - $7 per spin. Spent a total of $350 and it was terrible. Spoke to a "manager" and he gave us $50 back on the prepaid cards. A very small attempt to make things right. Do NOT waste your money. This place will NOT be around long unless they get their acts together !!!!!! TERRIBLE !!!!! read more

So I took a brief trip to Wadingriver river to open my summer bungalow. My friend told me about a new place close by called Lake view grill. If you blinked you would miss the sign and they seem to advertise less then I due for my book. So from knowing the area as I have for over 20 years I was shocked at the size of the place. We met the lovely Bonnie who served my friend and I. We didn't go crazy with our orders but enjoyed our chicken wraps. Next time they'll have the outside setup and we'll try diving deeper into the menu. This seems like a word of mouth case because when I put it directly into yelp they have no info on it but I was able to get yelp after just looking up the place. Phil's is still the king of the area for me, he's a great guy which makes the choice easy. Saying that I'm sure I'll see him at the lake view grill helping support their business. read more

My kids and I went here on a whim one day during summer. First, I want to say, the staff was amazing! They all seemed like teenagers but were so pleasant and friendly! It was refreshing to see all these kids working & so happy and polite to us and our kids. My kids, ages 9 & 7 LOVED the aqua park! I have been to one before but this one was so big; the kids had a blast on all the inflatables. We paid for the indoor section as well- a play area, small mini golf, rock climbing & bumper cars. The indoor section was ok- you're definitely coming for the aqua park. The play area in the back is nice, especially if you have younger kids. I believe for the indoor and aqua park for 1 hour was about $96/kid. We tried to do the surfing as well, which, for 30 minutes and 2 kids was about $60 something. Unfortunately after ten minutes, my kids fell off and were afraid so they didn't do it anymore. Everything nowadays is expensive so I'm not surprised at the prices. I took one star off for two reasons- one, the food was TERRIBLE. We had a freshly cooked batch of chicken nuggets and they were almost inedible. The second reason is a spectator pass. I had a 9 month old with me who clearly wasn't partaking in anything so neither could I; why am I charged to just be there? That doesn't make sense to me. We went for dinner and had some great food and excellent service! I got the Cobb salad with shrimp and it was a giant portion with really great toppings. The shrimp came out a little cold but overall very good. The service was speedy and attentive and the restaurant could accommodate many. The additional events and attractions look like a fun time and I will have to stop back to check them out and eat again. read more

Today was the first time I went to Scottys Pointe. I was there for a Motorcycle/Car show. I can not say enough good things about this entertainment center. It is all new and very clean, and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding. I met the owner, and he was very informative and engaged in the facility's operations. I will be going back with my family in the near future. It is a must-visit. read more

Big rip off... wanted to check this place out so figured start with the arcade. Just to walk in every person needs a waiver, for an arcade? Then every person needs to pay to step into the arcade so 50 plus to walk in and then pay for the games on top of that when half do not work and constantly have to find an employee. You don't pay to get in or "spectate" at Dave and busters, Chuckee cheese, urban air and most other places so it seems to be a complete waste of money. read more

this was one of the most if not the worst experience i ever had. the actual park was a complete saftye hazard. Last year when I went here my friend got stuck in between the floats and it was a nightmare to extract him. This year I got a frog thrown at me and I have an intense fear of frogs. But that's not the worse part,not even close. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and onion rings . My onion rings came straight out but the workers said my chicken sandwich would take 10-15 minuets. My friend also ordered the same thing .it ended up taking 40 Minutes . the workers were very helpful and trying their best. But we asked numerous times and the kitchen had no update . And i was extremely hungry as well and started to get very frustrated. My friend also ordered food after getting wrong order and it took 29 minutes and came out cold. horrible experience staff was highly rude.... was advised to sign a waiver after already waiting an abundant amount of time online with no sign stating other wise till reaching the front.... made me get offline sign waiver w/staff stating,"can you go over there and sign the waiver thanks (with a tude)" and wait another 25 minutes just to purchase tickets. the selection in the indoor park was very scarce not worth the money at all my kids got bored extremley quick the play area was like a glorified Mcdonalds i would give it a 0 if i could.... if you are a single parent with different aged children not the place for you. read more

Where do I begin after driving hour and a half to what I thought was going to be amazing turned out to be very disappointing. Seeing The lake and when it has the offer was pretty cool if the bumper boats were running would've been better anyways my journey began entering this cold empty space fish tank couldn't even see the fish two crane games two dollars each to play of course, you don't win anything as you waiting on a line. There is not many people in front of me, waited half hour 45 minutes to find out that I didn't sign the waiver form So I had to get off the line which should've told you before you got online or to download the app while you're online which Wi-Fi was horrible or you go to the pad and fill it out which you should be once again before you wait on the line To enter the room in the wave pool, You have to pay to get that then you have to pay for the surfing, which was have to say pretty good. The kids enjoyed and the employees were super friendly after that you sit on a lounge chair no cushions. fire pit doesn't light up and slippery floors then you proceeded to mini golf, which is the worst golf I have ever seen. They should just remove it throwing with don't stick unless you get very lucky because they're not shop because kids the games were horrible games didn't work screens out tickets to win prizes surprises were horrible. Wanted to get something to drink and snack on, but both concession stands were closed. you have to go to the restaurant and wait went to laser tag three times. The door was closed. Didn't get in because somebody else was using it for the record of the girl when I first went there was sitting on the floor friendly, but really shouldn't be greeting people like that, Another girl behind the pond tree by concession stand doing nothing but was friendly rock, climbing ridiculous virtual game only one was working bathroom out of paper towels. They should maybe sell towels there in case you don't bring one. Spoke to a few people that said they will get in touch with the manager and relay the message. It's been a few weeks. Haven't heard from them. it's horrible because your kids look forward to amazing time and it was very, very disappointing. A word for the owners if you're gonna try something like great Wolf Lodge, or do something amazing the lake idea was kool but rest a huge flop.I offer of refund sad very sad BEWARE BEFOR U GO!!! read more

Clean, fun and well staffed. This place is new and I'm excited to watch it grow. My friends son bodysurfed and the staff was patient and helpful. Laser tag was fun and the separate family area is great for younger kids. We played video games and miniature golf and the food at the restaurant was very good. The outdoor area should be amazing in the summer. I'm looking forward to returning soon. read more

This place has a great idea. We went over spring break so maybe they weren't ready for a crowd of people. There was a lot of disorganization with lines. We had no idea where to stand for axe throwing or rock wall climbing. My daughter and I waited for almost an hour to rock wall climb and there were only 4 people in front of us. My son wanted to sit in the car for virtual reality and was told he has to be 14 years old. Hopefully it is better for summer with their aqua park. That looks great. I would not go back for the indoor activities. read more

Fun indoor place for the kids. It feels safe to let them roam around. There is a nice size bar which is great for parents but service is oh so bad. Cant wait to see this new place flourish and thrive and enjoy the outdoor areas as well read more

The staff is very attentive and helpful with anything you need. We had a blast playing mini golf, axe throwing, and riding the wave. The food at was excellent, especially the shrimp tacos. Our server was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Definitely will be back! read more

UPDATE. I must give credit where credit is due. My previous review was not complimentary to Scott's Pointe, and most of my complaints were due to my unfamiliarity with their gift card ordering process. I was trying to order gift cards in a rush as Christmas was quickly approaching and so my confusion and frustration got the best of me. Turns out I came down with Covid shortly after I posted that review and my Christmas did not follow my planned timeline. In the meantime I did get an email from Lauren at Scott's Pointe and she clarified and simplified the gift card purchasing steps for me. She was so helpful and patient; in fact, everyone I've dealt with there has gone above and beyond, making this grandma feel comfortable and confident. In a nutshell, I'd like to apologize for being so negative in my initial review. I was too quick to judge. I have nothing but nice things to say about Scott's Pointe and their employees. I'm looking forward to my family members using their gift cards and having the time of their life! read more
