Eric (owner) answered and said he would be over first thing Monday morning to assess the situation, just three days later! No foss. Monday morning at 6:45 he was in my driveway and assessed the situation. I remember him saying - "It's going to look scary with pipes sticking up all over but I'll take care of everything!" With the cement scheduled to be poured this week, Eric was back today and he did what he promised. He reviewed each line, opened each to assess any concerns, traced the wires to identify the valves to isolate, closed off the impacted lines, corrected some additional issues and fixed some damaged heads. We all know the type of people that we want to do work around our homes. Those that plan to do the right thing and then make sure it's done the right way. Eric is the independent business owner who has this work ethic and it shows from the moment you speak with him until the job is completed. And he isn't going to soak you with a huge bill either.
