First l contacted several (over 6) electrical contractors and only 3 contacted me to give me a quote - one of those was Edison Electric ! Initially, I contacted them by online form and heard back from Debbie Cole (very pleasent Lady) and she had Dave the quoting person contact me and did so within minutes. He's fast, friendly and treated this disabled Veteran with dignity and respect: he had a VERY COMPETITIVE QUOTE which I so very much appreciated and helped me out AND said he could have somone out the next day! 5 Stars so far! So, I'll do the second half tomorrow...' 010420240910 What an outfit! These folks are awesome...I was late getting ready and John was here EARLY! Took him all of 10 minutes to fix this mess. They were better than their word and Dave (estimator) was more than fair on price. Brother Veterans, they respect our service and it shows...they deserve to be part of your process, they'll take good care of you - if you're not a Vet, I say they should be part of your process too - call Debbie Cole for a quote cause they do good work...!

I had been using Patriot Contracting Services LLC for a few weeks to do some home improvements. The…read moreowner was working on my home to help me upgrade and everythang was going pretty good up till we got to my small bathroom. He took down the walls in my bathroom to get ready for the remodel of new paneling. Kinda worked on the floor replacement. He cut the boards out put new one down and left the old one till he was to return and locked my cat out from the hole he left before putting the board back down. After 4 hours of work he let me know he would not be back till the following Monday. When I contacted him on Monday morning he told me "Oh did I say I would pencil you on Monday I ment Tuesday" Needless to say he didnt show up on Monday as promised. Tuesday he showed up about 930am. He got started right away. New floor boards went down. He installed the toilet that had been out in my shed for a week in my way of getting to the lawn mower. He was going to leave it on my porch for a week. I was like Uhm NO. When he started to put the paneling in after cutting it. I heard a loud crash come from my bathroom. When I asked him what had happened he said he lost his balance putting the toilet in and it hit the wall and the tank broke. Funny he was running the nail gun compressor and nailing in the walls. So I am sure he dropped the nail gun on my toilet and broke it. He also told me 3 hours after arriving that the materials for my outside job would not be in for a week and a half to 2 weeks as he was messing around for 20 minutes before they opened and he returned at 9am after screwing around for 20 minutes and someone had bought all of it. Well 840am to 9am when they open is 20 minutes so I highly doubt it. Pretty sure he just didnt really wanna do the other job. Getting back to the bathroom. Hours of banging and him slamming my front door every time he went in and out of the door probably 80 times that day. Most times for no reason. He tells me he is going to be back. A hour later he returns with a new toilet. Mind you the cheapest one you can get. I had a nice toilet before he broke it. No loose handle and it worked well. He installed the new toilet and continued to go in and out from outside slamming my front door repeatedly. I had told him earlier on just to leave the big door open I had a screen door. Finally around 8pm as I am starting to fall asleep as I work nights. He says hey you wanna come see the bathroom. He tells me he has not finished the trim. I see my ceiling all tore up so at this point I have nothing to say to him. The white paneling he put up had finger prints and black smudges all over it. Black lines and red lines. The trim he put chaulk on white dirty hands so the chaulked corners where black. The board under my sink that he did not replace that was solid white when he started was black. I even tried washing the walls after he left and nothing would come off the trim or the paneling. He didnt finish putting the trim up. He even asked me were the light switch was he couldnt turn off the light. He lost the light switch off the outlet. The outlet cover was gone. The trim was about half done maybe about 60 percent at most. He did a really crappy job. Then after I had put 850 dollars down for the bathroom job and the job outside that he quoted me 1400 on a high end quote he brought in a new bill at 1450 which was 50 dollars higher then the orginal high end quote he gave me. So then he took the materials for the bathroom and changed them from 200 to 480 dollars so I would end up paying for the trim he broke and the toilet he broke. Dont have to worry about the outlet issues he never finished that ither. He did take the 210 off for the materials for the outside job but, it should have been the 300 he quoted me higher on. And he never took the 160 dollars for labor @ 40 an hour off the bill for the outside job he actually charged me that 160 buxx. He asked for almost 400 more dollars for a really crappy job. I paid him with no intentions of him ever coming back to do any work for me to get rid of him. He does not itemize his jobs. He has poor communication. Never shows up on the right day or on time. Over charges whereever he thinks he can get by with it. He likes to leave for 2 hour lunches or leaves and goes a does a few puffs and comes back stupid. I would not recommend him unless you do all your own shopping and have cameras on your house to track his actually labor hours from start to end. In the end my bathroom is now put back together. repainted all the new trim and walls since Chris did such a horrible job and I have since finished my own trim and the bathroom is back to normal without his help!! I do not recommend him! Oh did I mention if he can not find somethang he will snoop thru your stuff on your tables or counters even thou he was no were near em?

Second project we had to track them down (after we paid a deposit) to get the job scheduled. There was no follow up and we finally got them back six months later to call a leaky joint. I recommended them to my parents and I am sorry I did. Poor communication and they pretty much ghosted them before finishing everything correctly. We finally hounded them enough to come out six months later to finish the punch list. I am not sure that they are still in business because they do not respond to FB messages, website requests or phone calls.

They called themselves "done " and simply started doing absolutely terrible work. Every time they needed to be called back to repair one of their mistakes they left more damage. They damaged the electricity in the house, causing us to have to hire a separate contractor to come out and fix it. The shower still leaks at the bottom. The drywall muddying and painting is still atrocious. The tub does not hold water. Along with a multitude of other small discrepancies. An exponential amount of money (for our situation) was paid to this company. And they did a terrible job. Every single discrepancy was attempted to be blamed on us. We were overcharged in the end for removal of debris, even though we ourselves removed all the debris. A mess was left for us to clean up every single time they came in. We were manipulated into not seeking proper permits. We were told that proper permits would take "weeks of additional time" at each step. Something that Webb construction knew we did not have. When installing the toilet paper holder, they stripped the brand new screws, and when they themselves could not remove it to change its location they ripped it from the wall. And then began the multi day process of filling a gigantic hole with lots and lots of mud. Ultimately the wall became so weak that we were forced to do away with a wall mounted toilet paper holder, because the mud filled wall was not stable enough to hold one. By the end, we were utterly exhausted and just wanted them out of our house. It is a fact that absolutely every time they were brought back into the house to repair their own mistakes they did more damage. There is still dried grout all over my brand new shower walls. And there's still missing grout in areas where it should be. My personal property was damaged on numerous occasions with very little apology, and the bare minimum done to replace them. There is still noticeable damage too many of the things that they installed. In a nutshell, it is brand new construction that looks like it's 10 years old due to wear and tear. But in reality, it was just "completed" less than four weeks ago. Sadly, this is not even everything that went wrong. I am exhausted, even talking about this company. But others should know beware of this company.
