Lots to look at in the warehouse and a picture kiosk of other furniture available to order. He offers home delivery at a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision. He never was pushy or tried "sales tactics" on me. Im a small business owner and try to support others whenever possible. I found my chairs at his location and a loveseat elsewhere, but Travis could order the loveseat I found elsewhere. I found a large canvas picture elsewhere on sale at $119 and Cheapo Depo for $69. Thats crazy cheap.

I had heard about this place from a friend. Downloaded the app…read more Waited patiently for a time to try it out. A little confusing with the signs. Very discombobulated merchandise that is literally thrown all in these bins for cheap prices. It felt almost like dumpster diving. Some things were opened. Good luck finding shoe with matching pairs. Things were broken. Boxes were opened. It was random. Checked out the shelves away from the bins, expecting to be surprised at the bargains. Didn't really see any bargains. I can see where the appeal would be for some and maybe I just picked a weird day to visit. Definitely not my cup of tea, app deleted.

I have been an auction bidder with them since they started. Never did i have a major issue until…read moretoday. Their manager, Paige yelled at me in front of everyone, including my 7 year old granddaughter. Their systems were down to print out my winnings. Another associate showed me on my phone how to find my items. I asked him do I just go get them or do I need the paper like normal? He told me to go get them and when I come back up to give them the invoice number and they would get me checked out. I did this but before I was even out of the aisle when I was done, Paige was yelling at me because I went down "her" aisle in "her" store without a sale print out. I tried to explain to her that another associate told me to do that. She didn't want to hear it. She was very unprofessional and belittling. My granddaughter even asked why that lady was yelling at me. Everytime I tried to explain she just kept interupting and telling me policy. I understand that. I asked her if she would ask the other associate to come up so he could tell her. No she wouldn't do that. I asked if I could speak to her manager, no she said I couldn't and would not give me the information. I have spent thousands at that store and have been doing the auctions since they started. I could understand being treated like I was if I stole something or broke something but I literally did what I was told. She reprimanded me like I did something wrong. I tried to explain and stand up for myself and I was told she was going to blacklist me for it, which she did after I told her to do what she felt she needed to do. I understand policy. I understand the need to follow it. There is a way to treat customers and a way not to, especially when your associate directed them wrong. Reprimanding, yelling and chastising them in front of their family and the entire store is not it.

They didn't seem frustrated or trying to get me to hurry up. Secondly, they were very helpful to to me when I had trouble finding what I was looking for. And third, it was pouring rain! The woman there, her name was Katy, literally ran outside with me while I'm holding all of my items with an umbrella. She walked me to my car trying her best to kee me dry! Cargo Largo sells used, nonworking junk but represents it as being new or nearly so, in my…read moreexperience. When I actually tried the camera, television, and audio receiver at home, none worked and all were missing parts. Ditto for several non-electronics products. But Cargo Largo makes you spend hours jumping through hoops to return fraudulently advertised items for a refund, which they find fake excuses not to give. Fortunately, I paid by credit card, so I was able to force these scammers to accept the returns and issue refunds. For several years, I was the number one salesman at a huge appliance chain (yes, number one in the entire company!). As such, I know the subject well. I could not even imagine treating customers so badly, not only because I have a conscience but also because I want their repeat business. But Cargo Largo goes for the one-time kill and banks on most customers' unwillingness to endure the tedious, time consuming torture of pursuing a refund. I highly recommend that you buy brand new, factory sealed products on sale from reputable, authorized retailers. And always obey the manufacturer's instructions to the letter to avoid problems. Sale prices for the legitimate new stuff usually costs less than Cargo Largo's "bargain" prices for their heavily used, nonworking, misrepresented junk.
