We need someone with something pointy to cut a piece of mat flooring, it won't be that difficult". The workers looked at each other and the one guy reluctantly helped us. Turns out it was a shift change and people were ready to go home. We saw the same guy later in the parking lot going home. Pro tip: Don't go to home Depot at 4 o clock pm if you need service. Anyway, Noel and Yerlin were the young men that delivered the freezer. They removed, cleaned up and took all the bulky packing materials so I would not have to deal with it. They made sure the freezer worked when plugged in. They removed all the tape from the door, and gave me the keys and owners manual before leaving. This attention to detail was particularly meaningful to me, as I am elderly and had recent surgery and would have been unable to do the things these young men did, especially managing the oversized cardboard. In my opinion, these gentlemen went above and beyond. Our expectations were exceeded with both the product and the delivery.
