I spent $$$ on a new living room set, bedroom set, and "custom" barstools. The living and bedroom Furniture was delivered promptly. They did an awesome job of placing the Furniture where we wanted. They were very friendly and efficient. I have mixed feelings about my experience with this store. While I appreciate the unique and customizable options, I'm very disappointed with the lack of honest communication on the quality in the quality of the Ameco brand furniture, particularly the overpriced bar stools. The return policy is also not customer-friendly. I found better-quality products with a fair return policy for half the price. My only option was a partial store credit with a high restocking fee. I'm frustrated and won't be recommending this store after my experience with the customer service. I had to call multiple times to get someone to come out to fix my issues which weren't fixable because the quality was absolutely horrible.

I had called store to help expedite service returning call to no avail. Tech came by and agreed that both bases were bad and poorly made and on one chair the padding was bad and said new updated ones would fix. Said parts would show up at our door whenever they shipped. A month later they showed up in two different shipments and both left out in rainstorm as we had no idea they were shipped or delivered. Techs finally showed 2 months after first tech and installed parts. Wrong base ordered by first tech for one chair but was installed anyway by service techs. One arm for other has leather stretched badly and will fail. Have requested replacements on 5/20/2024 and waiting for reply. Techs refused to haul off warranty parts and said was my responsibility to do so. Company policy to take nothing back with them. La-Z-Boy is not same company or quality of 20 years ago. I ripped leather off arms to show how quality is on their product. Made from manufactured wood and glued together. Cardboard used on fronts of arms and sides to cover big holes in manufactured wood. Bases are glued together and separated within 8 months. Pictures included. Would not recommend to anyone looking for quality at their extremely high prices and not much after sale support. Would give negative score if possible.

I bought a dress last week that's didn't fit. I decided to go today to exchange it for something else. When I went to check out I had bought the $8 dollar dress and wasn't being given the exchange for my previous buy. Upon looking at the receipt I see that I was being charged for the dress I had brought from home instead of having an exchange in it place. I was being charged for the same dress TWICE!! The employee doing my checkout didn't know what she was doing and had to get a manager to do my check out. It was $8 and cents for my buy and I gave a $20 bill. I was supposed to have received $10+ back but instead got back $2. When I confronted the manager on why I was being charged for the same dress TWICE he proceeded to say that the transaction was completed and that they didn't give refunds. I said I didn't get my exchange for the dress so I would just be taking it back home since I had already purchased it last week. Still charged twice for it and didn't get my my money back. There was no winning with him. I'm never going back to this store. I had heard bad stories about the place and finally confirmed it myself today!!
