Ouch...anyway, we decided to stop by Mattress Firm to see if we could find one that could be delivered ASAP. The salesman was very professional and helpful- not pushy or annoying, which we greatly appreciated. We even talked to him for about an hour about random things not pertaining to mattresses at all. We quickly found something we liked and delivery was set up for the next day. Delivery was so painless and they even hauled away our old mattress! If I need a good quality mattress at a reasonable price and want to deal with a professional salesman and easy peasy delivery, I'll be back!

I've never experienced and experience like this…read more I bought a dryer from @AmericanFreight on the 11th. 2 dryer's later and 5 days later i still don't have a working dryer. The 3rd party delivery company are the worst. Same issue. Spoke with multiple managers. They assured me that this will fix it or that will fix it and no. I work nights and in the past 32 hrs I've gotten 10 hrs sleep having to stay up waiting on @AmericanFreight 3rd party to deliver. Today was the final straw. I called them asking where's the 3rd party manager bc they assured me that he was coming out to check everything and fix...What needs to be fix. Long story short he said he didn't come bc he couldn't find the dryer to replace(for a 3rd time in 5 days. Crazy thing is he wasn't suppose to replace. He was supposed to come out and see WHY it's not working. There's so much I'm leaving out while dealing with @AmericanFreight but at no point did they try to troubleshoot they just replaced replaced replaced. You'd think at some point they would go a different route. They dropped the ball incredibly. They had no answers to anything Dealing with @AmericanFreight was nothing but a headache. Between store n 3rd party they didn't communicate effectively. In fact i watched them put my old cord on the new dryer. They told me they used a new 1. I left it alone ONLY for them to come back at put the new cord on. The manager of the 3rd party....this man tells me we couldn't find a dryer n the warehouse so i didn't come? My guy u was never to replace. U were to fix. After that i called @AmericanFreight no manger was onsite so i had them to come pick it up. I'll never go there again. Nor will i encourage anyone to go there. It's been 1 thing after another dealing with @AmericanFreight. I went to another company bought a dryer that cost more BUT came out cheaper that what i bought at american freight and it's a better dryer. What type of company does that. I'll tell you what type @AmericanFreight is the type of company to do that. Can't wait to get their dryer out my house. Absolutely terrible. I've since told 4 people that i recommended not to go there. They've all gone elsewhere. So now i have to wait for @AmericanFreight to come pick this dryer up tomorrow which will be 6 days n still....no dryer which means more lost sleep. This nightmare needs to end. Wait I'd have to sleep for it 2 be 1. Right at 10am ima call n see n get eta's until they pick it up. What's sad is I did a survey for them at time a purchase n gave a good review based on service. I'll never do a survey b4 hand ever again. I watched the guy from @AmericanFreight hook the old cord to the new dryer and lie to my face saying he used the new cord(that i payed for) when i watched him use the old one. What chacater this guy had.

Were looking to spend $1700-2500 on a mattress…read more Walked in and the store was efficient with mattresses everywhere though the selection was small. The sales guy would have done a fine job of helping us find one, except he kept having us try expensive options. He didn't ignore us which is better than most sales people. Then when we wanted to look elsewhere he moved onto high pressure sales tactics. I didn't like that right there. Tried to find out if we would buy if he would take $1000 off the price of the mattress. That tells me they inflate their prices A LOT. After we left I discovered the same mattress was regularly $500 cheaper on their website. I especially don't deal with pricing games like that. Give me your best price, not one you want to see if I'll pay.
