They delivered when they said they would, yet didn't call us first. We have dogs, and there we were hustling to get them locked in when we saw the truck drive in the driveway. No words to us, not even acknowledging us. My son told them where to put the frame, which they built in his room. Then came the box springs (one guy handling it.
