We waited for the windows to come in and when they did they were the wrong window. My wife and I specifically as for internal grids on all the windows. What we got was external grids. Come to find out that there were a couple broken in the order as well. They took them back no problem. new order comes in and the window we wanted in the first place is what was sent for the replacements. Now Home Depot is saying that they couldn't get ahold of me" which is a lie I called them 6 times and messages to get back ahold of me, and the wife has sent multiple emails" now claiming the case is closed and they are not going to make it right. I am so frustrated with a major company that wont stand behind their service and just flat out lie about everything.
