He was very polite and highly skilled. It turned out my dryer need rollers. In an hour and a half, he installed a kit that had better made parts than the original equipment parts that came with the LG dryer. Aleksandr is a miracle worker! He found the problem, which was the circuit board. Bad news, it's discontinued, no part available. Good news, Alek is a miracle worker! He troubleshooted and rebuilt the circuit board all in the same visit and got my oven combo good as new!! Thank you for coming out same day and saving Thanksgiving! They have good communication and prompt in responding to quote requests. Their diagnostic fee is well worth it! They apply it to your repair and they are honest and very fair in their pricing! Highly recommend hands down!

    Warranty Misrepresentation, Management Silence, and Zero Accountability…read more I am extremely disappointed with Airport Home Appliance and would strongly caution others before purchasing extended warranties here. In May 2023, I purchased several major appliances under Invoice #SOA52784 and made it clear that I wanted the appropriate extended warranties for my appliances. I relied on Airport Home Appliance's expertise when selecting both the appliances and the warranties. No documentation was provided that would have allowed a reasonable customer to verify that the warranty sold was incorrect or incomplete. Fast forward ~1.5 years: my Café induction range (stove) requires a $1,200 repair. This is exactly the type of failure extended warranty coverage is intended to address. Beginning November 20, 2024, I contacted Airport Home Appliance repeatedly (Nov 20, Nov 26, Dec 3, early Dec, and Dec 10) requesting warranty assistance. Every single time, I was told that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. When I finally received a written response from the store manager, it referenced the wrong appliance entirely (the refrigerator) and failed to address the actual issue: that Airport Home Appliance sold the wrong warranty and provided no documentation to reasonably identify the mistake at the time of purchase. The response simply stated that a warranty could not be added now -- completely missing the point. Since that response, Airport Home Appliance has gone silent. This experience shows: Poor warranty guidance at point of sale No documentation transparency Repeated broken promises of management follow-up Incorrect and careless responses from leadership Complete lack of accountability once payment is made For a company selling high-end appliances and extended warranties, this level of customer service and post-sale support is unacceptable. If you are considering Airport Home Appliance, be aware that once there is a problem, you may be on your own.

I called Advanced Appliance and spoke to Carlos. Explained the issue as we had some water coming out in the front of our newer refrigerator. Carlos stated he could come by today. He further explained there was a $60 fee, but if we proceeded with the work it would count towards the final bill. Carlos came out to see if he could repair our water issue. He was at our home within an hour or two. He located the problem and cleaned the area causing the issue. Carlos was personable, cleaned the area and has some happy new customers.     I called Carlos on a Saturday evening when our LG clothing dryer would not start. He answered the…read morecall, informed me that he charges $60 for a service call, applied to a repair the customer wishes to proceed. This seemed reasonable, so we made an appointment for the following Monday morning. Monday, Carlos texted me early in the morning, letting me know that he would arrive within half an hour, assuming we still needed his help. I confirmed, and he came on time, ready to work. He neatly and efficiently dismantled the dryer and identified the part that was broken. Gave me a quote for the repair, and let me know that he did not have that part with him, so he would need a couple hours to pick it up. When he returned with the part, he installed it, reassembled the dryer and tested everything. He then advised us to do a vent cleaning (something he does not do, but he does have contacts) to avoid another failure. I found him to be very capable, a really nice person, reliable and offering fair prices for his services. Should we have an issue with another appliance, I would definitely hire him again and I fully recommend him.
