They had really great reviews to begin with for dealing with wedding dresses so I decided to give them a try. I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It comes in a concealed and propped up box so that the dress maintains its quality over the years until I decide to use it again and/or maybe pass it down to my stepdaughter. I came here on a Wednesday around 11:30am-2pm and was highly impressed. Cleaningness: This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. And I mean extremely CLEAN. You can tell it's well taken care of. The machines look like they are in very good condition, probably on the newer side. Washers: there are about 6 different washing machine sizes, which are sure to fit your needs. Prices range from $1.75 (smallest washer) to $6.50 (super large washer). Dryers: all dryers are the same size and cost $0.28 cents for 12 minutes. They dry decently. Folding space: decent amount of space for folding. How to pay: all machines take a laundromat card supplied by the business. It does not cost extra, which I was throughly and happily surprised because most laundromats make you pay for their cards. All you have to do is go to the card machine, tell it you need a new card, and add money (cash). And voila! A card speews out. (There is an ATM machine right next to it in case you forgot your cash). You then use this card to pay at the washer/dryer machines. Service: the lady attending was very nice and friendly. Restroom: there is one unisex restroom. I did not use this, so I cannot rate it. Vending machines: there are drink and snack vending machines that take bills and quarters. There is also a a vending machine that sells laundry materials. Cons: I wish they had larger dryer machines because I kept having to manually move around (every so often) my comforter to make sure it dried well. But keep in mind that my comforter is not the average sized comforter. It is extremely large and bulky.
