The employee never reported the assault to his human resources or chain of command and i finally notified them a week later and after reviewing cctv they immediately terminated 2 employees and the regional manager contacted me to apologize. I retained Clarence Johnson who after our initial meeting never replied back or supoened the cctv evidence to show proof of exactly what happened. This guy finally after 1 year sent me paperwork that he was dropping his representation of my case because he didn't think it would benefit him. The only person that would talk to you was the secretary after yiu text them for updates and all you would ever hear was ( ill check for updates and let you know) Every 2 months the same interactions with the secretary who i have the utmost respect for.
