after you sign the paperwork and files from your attorney that first assisted you, you will never hear from the attorney only the paralegal and only by email. the attorney has never spoke to me over the phone. when i call, i get a receptionist and they are rude and not understanding in what you need, (if you need to speak to your lawyer or paralegal) they will be sarcastic and say i will leave a message for your representative to call you. all i get is the parralegal's email and no requested phone calls. yesterday, i received an reply from my paralegal, i replied back, she did not respond. i called my trustee's office for help. do yourselves a favor, save yourself alot of time and money and go somewhere else! read more
