I initiated my experience filling out info online, quickly i spoke to Jim who put me on my path setting me up a same-day consultation. I felt kinda slighted by the front desk personnel, she wasnt very polite and i'd arrived with completed forms that Jim had emailed to me. the receptionist didn't process my info, but instead made me wait til another gentleman completed his forms as to not allow me to go ahead although my forms were filled out.Nonetheless, I reached out to Jim, (bcuz he gave me a 24/7 availability claim) but as it ended up i was called back to meet one of the attorneys who was professional and very polite, apologetic about the wait. This attny was knowledgeable and set me up for complete satisfaction... this made all the difference!!! The end result was me being a highly satisfied client! Looking forward to a new beginning!!!
