In addition to them not returning calls and responding to emails, they don't seem to have a clue about good customer service. A 30 day turnaround has turned into over a year and a half. Not sure if my documents got lost (because they've never given a reason it has taken so long), but I've had to physically go into the office to get updates. My documents were turned in a second time months ago and I'm still waiting with no eta in sight.
