I've had two business dealings with this office. The first (in 2020) was simple. The second…read more(beginning in 2021) still is not resolved. In addition to them not returning calls and responding to emails, they don't seem to have a clue about good customer service. A 30 day turnaround has turned into over a year and a half. Not sure if my documents got lost (because they've never given a reason it has taken so long), but I've had to physically go into the office to get updates. My documents were turned in a second time months ago and I'm still waiting with no eta in sight.
