I'm not understanding I had to deal with any of that as a first time offender. He also worked on a felony charge that did get dismissed but is now showing in my background as a pending case. I call to ask him how to resolve and he just insist I use the dismissal document. That doesn't help. I'm missing out on good jobs because my record is supposed to be concealed but it's not. If you're looking for a cheap quick fix with no real resolve he's definitely the lawyer for you. I feel like he doesn't want to be bothered at this point but my life is depending on this.
