My over reaction is due to my current situation as a result of my accident. However I would like to shed some light on how the Kermani team reacted to my over reaction. They didn't respond to my unkind words carelessly. They responded with compassion and understanding. If you want a team to represent you during a personal injury crisis I can only recommend the Kermani team. They are personable. Respectful. Attentive. Professional. They develop a personal relationship with their clients. There network of medical professionals is superior to all. They have earned my trust and I highly recommend that you reach out to them in the event you have a personal injury crisis. Again I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior and also complement the team on how they explained the information and broke it down in a way that I could understand. Please accept my deepest apology. And please; please call the Kermani firm if you have a personal injury emergency. you will not regret it.

They truly made the process easier for me and provided straight forward answers. Attorney Dawkins was available whenever I contacted her, and the assistant was always professional and courteous. Their office location provides convenient and plentiful parking (up the elevators and then turn left to the end of the hall). The closing was pretty uneventful - we were signing autographs like a rock star. Interestingly, the buyer was also using the same attorney (conflict of interest?), and as it happened, were right outside when we were done. The money transfer took place right away. I was willing to give them a 2nd chance for being late for a scheduled meetings, things happen, but the lead partner was just so rude we were not recoverable. He literally started yelling at me saying this would not work and I was totally blown away. Never had a professional company spoke to me this way. I asked him not to yell at me and he hung up on me. I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.
