My new case manager attempted to get me to accept a $15,000 settlement. I have over $12,000 in medical bills. The bulk of it coming from their referenced Revive Orthopedic charging over $11,000 for an MRI, nerve test, and about 6 office visits. Excessive. Gary Martin Hayes & Associates isn't even the one filing suit. They've given that to the Titus Law Group. The conclusion was a $23,000 settlement, where they walked away with $8,312.80. I received $7,052.20. And medical was reduced to $7,635.00. Gary Martin Hayes was paid for nothing since Titus actually filed the suit. I would've been better off contacting them, and it was still less than half of the max $50,000 available for a permanent injury. (See attached document) Please find someone else to fight your case. It's now May 2026 and this Company is still giving me the run around about waiting on a Medical bill from a Clinic THEY referred me to. I keep getting different case Managers, NO transparency whatsoever on whats going on with the settlement disbursement. I get the SAME answer EACH AND EVERY TIME I call. "They're still waiting on the medical bill, I got a different case Manager. I've had at least 5 DIFFERENT Case Managers since I opened my case and they STILL have YET gave me clue or timeline on when my case will be resolved. My accident happened June 2025..we're approaching a YEAR! With little or NO communication. I will be filing a complaint with State Bar of Georgia if this issue is not resolved!
