Worst lawyers ever literally took all the money i got back I literally got 5% dont use them they suck

If I could give this Attorney Office NO stars I would. RUN!! My case BEEN reached a settlement agreement in December 2025 and I completed ALL medical treatment in November 2025. It's now May 2026 and this Company is still giving me the run around about waiting on a Medical bill from a Clinic THEY referred me to. I keep getting different case Managers, NO transparency whatsoever on whats going on with the settlement disbursement. I get the SAME answer EACH AND EVERY TIME I call. "They're still waiting on the medical bill, I got a different case Manager. I've had at least 5 DIFFERENT Case Managers since I opened my case and they STILL have YET gave me clue or timeline on when my case will be resolved. My accident happened June 2025..we're approaching a YEAR! With little or NO communication. I will be filing a complaint with State Bar of Georgia if this issue is not resolved! read more

You're forced to continue unnecessary appointments and you're left with nearly nothing. When it's time for disbursement your ghosted. No returned phone calls or emails. This is, without exaggeration, the most incompetent and unprofessional injury law firm I have ever encountered in my life. My accident occurred in September 2024. It is now January 2026, and what should have been a very minor, straightforward case has dragged on endlessly due to nothing but this firm's incompetence. There were no vehicle repairs, no long-term medical care, and nothing complex about this claim -- yet somehow they managed to turn it into a never-ending nightmare. Since day one, I have been bounced between over 25 different employees because this firm clearly can't retain staff. Every new person was clueless, unprepared, and completely unaware of the case history. I had to explain the same basic details over and over again because no one ever bothered to read the file. The level of disorganization is shocking. Calling them is an exercise in frustration. When you call their main line, no one answers, the call randomly disconnects, or you're left on hold indefinitely. However -- and this is very telling -- if you select the phone prompt for a new client, they suddenly answer immediately. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their priorities. To make it even worse, their hold recording proudly claims that your case is being handled by "competent and professional individuals." This statement couldn't be further from the truth. The reality is incompetence, poor communication, lost information, and zero accountability at every level of this firm. This firm wasted an unbelievable amount of time on a case that should have been resolved long ago and caused unnecessary stress throughout the entire process. I genuinely cannot think of a single redeeming quality about this experience. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I would never recommend this firm to anyone, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored, mismanaged, and endlessly frustrated. REVIEW UPDATE: This Firm Is a Masterclass in Incompetence, Dishonesty, and Disrespect Somehow, Kanner & Pintaluga managed to get worse. After months of being ignored--no returned calls, no emails, no follow-ups--I was forced to physically walk into the office on 1/21 because that is apparently the only way to get a response from this firm. While there, I was clearly and explicitly told that my compensation check would be ready for pickup on Friday 1/24. That statement was a lie. When I showed up as instructed, no manager, no attorney was prepared to answer questions, and no one with authority came out to face me. Instead, they sent out an entry-level employee whose sole purpose was clearly to act as a buffer and deliver yet another excuse--one that directly contradicted what I had been told days earlier. When questioned, that excuse collapsed into... you guessed it... another lie. At that point, I demanded to speak with someone senior who could explain: Why I was lied to, Why this firm is incapable of basic communication, and Where my money actually is. That's when I was verbally attacked by Robert L. Jenkins, Esq., who was shockingly dismissive, condescending, and openly indifferent. His responses amounted to: "I don't know where your check is" and "We'll call you when we receive it." No timeline. No explanation. No accountability. Just arrogance and thinly veiled hostility, delivered with undertones that, in my experience, felt racially charged and deeply disrespectful. The so-called "finance department" is another complete disaster. Dominique Russo and Chloe Room are effectively ghosts. They are never reachable, never return calls, and have never once contacted me directly. Instead, they hide behind entry-level employees while remaining completely uninformed about a case they are supposedly responsible for managing. BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been one of the worse personal injury attorney's I have ever worked with! Representatives of K&P initially contacted me after my car accident. Some how they get your information. I had not seen a doctor or been to the hospital yet since I had lost my car in the accident. I was advised to go to the hospital and start seeing a chiropractor as this would increase my chances of a higher settlement and so I did. They have providers they work with so I received referrals to see a chiropractor and therapist since I suffered PTSD. Initially I had a bad feeling and wanted to walk away from working with them but then I was contacted by two gentlemen from the company and considered giving them another chance. This has been the longest most drawn out process with the most unprofessional lawyers including Kevin Sorbel and Gabriel Barr. Being sarcastic, rude and unprofessional with me when I express concern over how long this process has been drawn out. My accident happened 10/2024. I finished treatment around 02/2025 and they received payment from the other driver's insurance shortly after. Here it is 04/2026 I haven't received payment and what they have offered me less than $5k out of the $25k they received on my behalf. What a nightmare. I lost my car, then my job then my home behind this ordeal and am set to walk away with less than $5k while the shady attorneys walk away with $7k and hospital placed a lien on my settlement for $8k. I do not feel they worked on my behalf at all. I feel they made sure they made a profit and the bills got paid but the person affected by this the most, ME received a measly settlement amount. Going back and forth with attorneys who are frustrated with me for speaking up for myself. It's a sad situation and would not advise anyone to work with Kanner and Pintuluga EVER. Choose a small firm who cares about the Client if you have to work with an attorney. What I would have done differently with the knowledge I've gained from this horrible experience: not hired an attorney. Would not have went to the hospital if I did not obtain serious injuries. Would have received treatment with a Chiropractor right away since my back and neck were affected but I would have negotiated on my own with the other insurance company to make sure I was fairly compensated. These big law firms care nothing about us and we are only a payday to them. I am sharing my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the same experience. read more

I'm sorry, this is the worst piece of crap so-called professional law firm I've ever spoken to seen or heard of. They answer the phone unprofessionally. No one communicates with the others in the law firm they flat out ignore your phone calls or emails or texts and they never accept responsibility for any mistakes they always say I didn't know no one told me. It's hard to imagine that they have a legitimate office and staff that actually knows each other every phone numbers from a different state area code different office and they don't seem to be streamlined. Ignore your calls ignore your text and then I finally hired a new attorney and fired them. They ignored me for four or five weeks to ignored the termination letters I say and then they called me and asked me why and I explained to them the lack of communication and other issues that I decided to go to the new law firm. He told me he sees there's no way for me to stay with them so he'll send me papers to release. They sent me documents that had added in the notations and what I signed, I thought was a release from them to my new law firm and what they gave me was me firing my new law firm and retaining them! Again after this happened I had to write two more letters to each person that I had in my database from their law firm that I do not want them representing me and why they would not respond to my new attorneys the insurance company nor me. After we finally got my new attorneys on my case they sent me a bill for $3,800 in a lien on my lawsuit. The only work they did for me was finding me a doctor while I was on hold. They didn't do anything else for me nothing! There should be some kind of accountability for law firms like this. I reached out to this firm in January to represent my daughters. They withdrew from my case in MAY because they were too money hungry which resulted in my daughters not being compensated. To add insult to injury Jamani Lewis has yet to send a legal document stating why they withdrew. Its been 2 months. Would never recommend this firm again. read more

If there were a minus 1 I would choose that. My friend used them for a personal injury case. He was injured in a car accident. The minimum payment from an insurance company is $25,000 That's what they "got" for him. The insurance company paid them and they kept it. They wont tell him what the "expenses" were and they wont call him back. They callled him asking for him to sign something and he thought that would get him paid, but since he doesnt know the law, Im sure it was an agreement to give them everything. These guys are shisters. They are crooks and they can spot a naive person in a heart beat. read more

These people are terrible. I don't even know where to start. First a methhead did my intake forms so I shoulda known from there it would be a rollercoaster. Not to mention that I've been through 8 different case managers. This firm has a higher turnover rate than Popeyes chicken. They also will lowball you with the offers but make it seem like they are doing so much. Nothing is being done in the south Florida office but gossiping and dicking around. I would never recommend these fuckers to my worst enemy. You are better off going with another law firm or better yet handling things yourself. If I could give negative stars I would. Kanner & Pintagluga is NOT an aggressive law firm & only cater to those that they feel they can win for. I was involved in an accident on Friday, September 23rd, 2022. I was STRUCK by an unlicensed, uninsured 18 year old who 1. Ran a red light & 2. Had no business driving in the first place. 3. HER FATHER & MOTHER KNEW THIS. Kanner & Pintaluga litigation lawyers (some help they were) couldn't go after the 18 year old's FATHER because she's not listed on his insurance. My SUV is wrecked, my neck was injured in the accident, I've got medical expenses from this accident as well. No one is lifting a finger legally or otherwise to help me & my family. One afternoon in the month of October 2022 while in rehab for my neck the FATHER of the young girl that hit me called me to tell me he would fix my car but not pay my medical expenses, he's paying for his daughters expenses? His daughter WASN'T ARRESTED & HARRIS COUNTY SHERRIFF'S OFFICE SHOULD'VE ARRESETED HER. His daughter wasn't transported to the E.R. like I was on that Friday 9-23-2022. His daughter I'm certain has been driving around here in Houston Texas since the day she turned my life upside down. Kanner & Pintagula from September 26th, 2022 till last Monday November 21st, 2022 told me they did all they could but it's hard for me to believe when I'm sitting here four months later with NO JUSTICE, ALL I NEEDED WAS VEHICLE REPAIRED & MY MEDICAL EXPENSES PAID. I would never hire this lawfirm it took them almost 2 year to get me approved which was only 7,000 found out they sued the wrong insurance company. When I spoke with the adjuster was told the approval amount was incorrect which mean they were trying to get more money out of me. and when i fired them because I wasn't satisfied with the work it took them 2 months to fax my Lein letter which had the incorrect approval anount so I'm still waiting to receive the correct amount which it has been another 2 weeks. read more

Through the years, I have heard the commercials about Kanner & Pintaluga, quite naturally, I believed the hype. I had become so numb to the commercials from Morgan and Morgan, John Foy, etc., as a result, I decided I would try another law firm for my current legal needs. That was the worst mistake I could have ever made. This law firm is the Absolute WORST. I will never use them ever again. The individual that is working on my husbands' case has constantly lied to us by telling us each week, it will be another week, which ended up becoming several months. When I could no longer tolerate the shoddy business practice as well as the unprofessional manner in which my husbands' case was being handled, I decided to escalate the issue to a Superior, I contacted the Supervisor (Chloe Room), who was just as bad as the individual handling my husbands' case (Varensley). I don't trust this law firm, I believe they are highly incompetent and totally unprofessional !!!! I received an email today from the "Supervisor" (Chloe Room) who explained that after Varensley has been lieing the entire time regarding the length of time it would take for a corrected lien letter, she advised it would take an additional 60 days or more for the pending corrected lien from TriCare. This is totally unbelievable. I believe that nothing had been done initially, once I started turning up the heat, that is when Varensley and Chloe actually started to take action. My bank (USAA) has advised me several months ago that a check has been submitted to this law firm, however, we have yet to receive anything. This law firm should not be allowed to handle any cases, EVER !!!!!! I too pray that this review will deter any potential clients from using this law firm. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM !!!!
