Gary Martin Hayes & Associates isn't even the one filing suit. They've given that to the Titus Law Group. The conclusion was a $23,000 settlement, where they walked away with $8,312.80. I received $7,052.20. And medical was reduced to $7,635.00. Gary Martin Hayes was paid for nothing since Titus actually filed the suit. I would've been better off contacting them, and it was still less than half of the max $50,000 available for a permanent injury. (See attached document) Please find someone else to fight your case.
