Professional, Dedicated, and Highly Effective…read more Mike was a pleasure to work with, especially given the seriousness of the charges my family member faced. What initially carried the potential for a 10-15 year felony sentence was ultimately reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time and minimal probation; an outcome we are incredibly grateful for. He communicated promptly throughout the entire process and presented our options clearly and realistically, which helped us feel informed and prepared at every step. Mike also demonstrated a strong commitment to the case, making multiple six-hour round trips in addition to court appearances and the extensive work required behind the scenes. He is personable, straightforward, and professional qualities we truly valued during such a stressful time. Our family deeply appreciates his dedication and the results he was able to achieve. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable attorney.

What you will get from O'Hagan Law is a straight-to-the-point, honest, and clear understanding of exactly what your options are regarding YOUR specific situation. He does not make "well, you could... and maybe this will..." statements. He tells you straight out what your choices are, what your best options are, and what a reasonable outcome will be. He does not waste time- his or yours. You will not regret using his law firm for your case unless you want to be deceived into believing your chances are better than they are. If he honestly believes your case is solid to win, he will tell you so. If he believes you don't have a strong case, he will tell you that too. I will certainly use his services again, should the need arise.

After everything went totally silent for 20 days I called the office twice and was told that everything had been filed and all that remained was for the Judge to sign off. I was not comfortable, because it was taking so long, and made an appointment to actually go into the office to further inquire. I was floored when they told me that the paperwork had not been filed!!! Absolutely no action for 20 days!!! I asked the reason and was told "it was lost or overlooked." I had to then sign new documents and was told they'd be rushed. At this point I lack trust in this firm and will most definitely go back to the office to see tangible evidence. I have a serious medical condition and now cannot pay the expenses due to this firms oversight. Hopefully they'll investigate to find out WHO dropped the ball, WHY and how to PREVENT it happening to someone else. I've never heard of a law firm losing or forgetting to file documents with the courts. I'm going to wait until weeks end (they told me all would be done by 7/26) then go back to visit them to verify. Stay tuned as I will update this review accordingly.

I filed chapter 13 in the Duluth Ga office in 2016. This firm did a good job until now. On July 2nd…read moreI visited the Duluth office, by appointment, to request they file a voluntary dismissal motion with the court. I signed the requisite forms to be filed and was told that it would be filed and all would be take just a few days. Well, three weeks went by and I'd heard nothing. I called the trustee and was told that nothing had reached their office, from the court. I proceeded to call Clark and Washington and was told that the work order had been submitted and to await the Judge to sign off. Couple of more days went by and I called again to be told the same thing. I waited another couple of days then called and made an appointment in the office of Clark and Washington. This was on day twenty (7/22/19). I was then informed that the motion had indeed not been filed as it was overlooked or was lost. I was shocked that a reputable law firm could allow that to happen. I expected them to file the motion as they stated they would do. Again, up until now they did a good job for me. But I cannot accept that they failed to do what was requested AND the only way I found out was to physically go to their office. Hopefully Clark and Washington will identify where the breakdown occurred that allowed this to happen. It's a learning opportunity and an opportunity for them to review their personnel and processes in order to improve both such that a client is not left hanging as I was. So, here I sit twenty days after requesting the motion be filed. I was sir assured it would be filed NOW and a rush requested. But at this point I plan to physically visit them again to be sure. I learned that phoning their office resulted in incomplete information.
