She was patient, understanding and so sweet it was a complete judgment free zone. I explained what I was trying to achieve and she led me to the best treatment plan. I go back in two weeks to do it and I can't wait! She was so down to Earth while being so confident we could get where we wanted to easily and it projected enough confidence in me that I knew I was in the right hands. I couldn't be more grateful and we haven't even done the procedure, I'll update once we do but I'm positive it's going to be amazing results. Update: went back today and got the smile of my dreams! I visited her for fillers because of an Instagram special she was hosting for a really great price on a syringe of Juvederm! Upon arrival, the office has something on every other seat for social distancing if having to wait in the area. The receptionists and tech that assisted were kind and funny! They asked me questions on what I was wanting and helped to put me at ease. Dr. Astrid kept the conversation flowing, making you feel comfortable immediately. The experience was over fairly quick and results were exactly what I wanted! Go see her!

She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people, and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

The hygienist asked me many times what my concerns were, and made sure to address them/ reassure me. I ended up having to get a filling and the team made it quick and painless (literally) The business has updated technological and medical equipment, and the staff are very transparent about costs before providing care!

The dentist examined and said they were going to consult an endodontist and they would call us about results. Weeks go by and nothing. I called twice no one ever answered and I left messages- no one returned my calls. Today I went to the office and I told the receptionist what was going on, it was pretty obvious they messed up by not even attempting to call us- it had been a month! The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. This dentist office has lost our business for good! They couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone or even have the dentist talk to me in person once I came to the office.

Water everywhere. Not enough suction. A while back I brought my motorcycle gear in. When I went to check out I placed it on the floor right up against the wall closest to the staff upfront. This was not a tripping hazard. There was PLENTY of room for people to get through. An assistant and a patient came into the area where I was standing. The female assistant then said "we need to move this out of the way" She just started grabbing my gear and placing it up on the counter. Don't grab someone else's gear. It was not in the way. A line doesn't form up against the wall. There was only two patients present ready to check out. Ask the patient if you can move their gear. There aren't any signs posted showing patients where to stand in line. How RUDE and inappropriate. I have noticed a negative dynamic in the past with some staff upfront. I noticed recently when I was leaving a new staff member made sure not to make eye contact or say goodbye and I was in her close proximity. Very unusual. I have noticed small irritations with the Dentist. One involved an irritation regarding a tongue issue. Another involved an obvious impatient gesture, because I wasn't talking and/ or moving fast enough. If you ask a patient a question then expect them to answer. This is not about being overly sensitive. This is about wanting normalcy. Time to move on.

Left gaps that weren't there before. They constantly drilled my teeth saying I had "cavities forming" till they said I needed a full root canal. Went and got a second opinion AND THEY FOUND NOTHING. I've since gone to multiple dentists and every time my teeth are fine which proves they not only caused me to have fillings for no reason, they added gaps to my teeth which are a constant nuisance! Do not contribute to this scam. Find someone else!

They gave me a general answer like "we work with all insurance plans." At my appointment, they gave me an estimate of what my out of pocket charges would look like, and I agreed as I was getting a panoramic x-ray and a deep cleaning, realizing these extras may not be fully covered. I paid $202 out of pocket at the end of my visit, only to receive a bill for another $158.80 over one month later. Upon calling my insurance company to find out why it was so expensive, it turns out MoreSmiles was an out-of-network provider. They NEVER told me this and acted like they were in-network the entire time. Shame on them!!

They want to make sure your visit is anxiety and worry free. That is nice but, even better, Dr moreau is very very skilled and knowledgeable. For instance: at my previous dentist, it took a minimum of three weeks to get a crown back from the lab, sometimes three and a half. Well, when you have a temporary crown, it often doesnt fit or look very good and that three or three and a half week wait is a loooong time. Sometimes while waiting I would even call my dentist and ask "Did the new crowns arrive yet?" In the hopes they would come in the mail and I could move my appointment up by a day or three. I always thought three and a half weeks was just industry standard of how long it took for crowns to get done at the dental lab everywhere. Anyway, when I went to moresmiles, I had to get an inlay. I was expecting them to schedule the appointment for delivery three and a half weeks out. I was blown away when they scheduled my follow up appointment to get the inlay delivered in exactly two weeks. I'm not sure if they use different technology or just have a better dental lab (maybe both). But the difference between two weeks and three and a half weeks with an uncomfortable temporary crown is huge. Since I'm talking about temporary crowns: the dental hygienist did the temporary crowns at my old dentist and they didn't fit well or look good. I thought that was also "normal". However, at moresmiles, Dr. Moreau did the temporary crown himself and it fit perfectly. Another example: they did an MRI on my skull using advanced medical imaging technology (pic). Overall, I would highly recommend moresmiles dental spa.

I had an AWFUL experience here! The wait was almost an hour the dentist everyone said "loves…read morequestions" was so arrogant you couldn't get a word in he kept acting like I was in school teaching us "what teeth are" he kept calling me "pretty young" and "old" for being in my 20s. He kept punching my leg saying this is what teeth do. I said I don't have insurance I'm paying out of pocket and he got aggravated and he told me there was a chance he could make a hole in my sinus and hurt my breathing and make half my face numb and multiple other terrifying things I never heard before. Very disappointed paid a very high consultation for nothing!!
