They still own me apologize. And for sure the lost one of patient. Be patient here for past couple years. Before last visit on November 25 2025 got phone call to get confirm insurance information sent the email of copy insurance to office get reply back that they received. Today March 11 2026 get another phone call that I suppose to call them to update insurance because I own them money for last visit. I get attitude from person that give me a call that I don't know medical insurance and dental insurance is not the same. end up with they call to claimed to wrong number. My insurance was active wait for a call to explain but didn't receive any call from them. You team need to do better and look at insurance card what company you should call to get claimed!! And be more professional!!

The screaming on CRYSTAL'S end was completely unnecessary The whole office could hear her screaming and she told me that Dr. Staples could hear her just fine when I told her to stop yelling at me ! Telling me she's going to turn me into collections for $41 that I already had paid. I told her this then she went on saying if you were insurance does not pick up any of these charges I will be sent to collections then she proceeded to hang up the phone on me! Clearly, I have questions because I don't know what she's talking about x-rays and spacers? Turns out that she was charging me for a cleaning that I never had done! She charged my FSA card $82 not $41 for a re-cement that Dr. Staples had told me was free ... so the IRS got involved because I swiped my FSA card for $41 not $82! When I talked to the receptionist Amanda the following day because I never received a receipt through via email as had said. I asked why was I being charged $41? I also got hollered at when I was told again, it was free with the amount of pain and problems that I have been going through It became so ugly that Delta Dental had to be my advocate ! She never filed the proper claims never got a single EOB the year of 2025 until I was charged for a cleaning in January 21 26 In the year of 2025 I went a total of four times having all different doctors whoever was available to re-cement my crown ... I was screamed at and was told I needed to check with the insurance company and know my policy that I had four requence limitations in which the insurance had no idea of because there were no claims being submitted to the insurance company! In order for me to understand the four limitations I also needed their codes which I was not privy to. I have never been spoken to in such a demeaning way ! None of these employees own the company and they need to treat their customers with absolute respect ! And stop putting words into customers mouth screaming to make a scene for all to hear, including customers that are waiting in the lobby! Very unprofessional The glue that is holding the dentist office together is Anne Catherine (AK) Thanks to Delta Dental for being my advocate, I was able to confirm that I will not be sent to collections in the hands of CRYSTAL FOR INADEQUATELY FALSIFYING INFORMATION!

However, when I scheduled my teeth whiting, it was the receptionist (Amy) that did the application. She significantly bleached my gums and did not give me anything, including advice, on how to care for it. I DO NOT recommend this place. It seems it's just about getting money not dental care.

That…read moresaid the way I was treated, the neglect that occurred and most importantly the way it was handled was appalling. After a root canal failed I went in to have the tooth removed. They tried to talk me into another root canal not only on that tooth but the adjacent one. I explained that I did not want one, nor could I afford to spend another 2k+ on the teeth. Finally after being given a bill for almost $1400 to remove the tooth and cap the adjacent tooth done at once I relented. I figured even though it was a lot of money that they have a lovely office and "cutting technology" that I was in good hands. The younger dentist who's name I can't recall was nice enough but seemed to be a bit hurried. The tooth wasn't coming easy but finally he pulled it. I asked about the tip and was assured everything was fine. It wasn't. Four days later with massive pain and a fever I returned. The main dentist looked and said I still had the roots in my gums as he could see from the X-ray. He also said much of the pain was from a perforated sinus. They booked me for the next day. The surgery was performed and the young doctor now seemed flippant and unapologetic about the situation. When I was released and talked to the office manager about the week I was out of work and issues she said "this is a common issue. What is your point?" When I asked if they could refund any of the 1400 she said "you paid us for a service and we gave it to you." I just want people to know what kind of people you will be dealing with. The prices are a lot more than other dentists in the area but they won't stand behind their work and have no concern for their patients after they leave. It's a sad world we live in and as far as I'm concerned this place is part of the problem.

When I called to make my…read morefirst appointment, I specifically asked if they were in-network with my dental insurance. They gave me a general answer like "we work with all insurance plans." At my appointment, they gave me an estimate of what my out of pocket charges would look like, and I agreed as I was getting a panoramic x-ray and a deep cleaning, realizing these extras may not be fully covered. I paid $202 out of pocket at the end of my visit, only to receive a bill for another $158.80 over one month later. Upon calling my insurance company to find out why it was so expensive, it turns out MoreSmiles was an out-of-network provider. They NEVER told me this and acted like they were in-network the entire time. Shame on them!!

Sadly I have been to a lot of dentist…read more... I have been very impressed with moresmiles dental spa. The staff is friendly and polite. They want to make sure your visit is anxiety and worry free. That is nice but, even better, Dr moreau is very very skilled and knowledgeable. For instance: at my previous dentist, it took a minimum of three weeks to get a crown back from the lab, sometimes three and a half. Well, when you have a temporary crown, it often doesnt fit or look very good and that three or three and a half week wait is a loooong time. Sometimes while waiting I would even call my dentist and ask "Did the new crowns arrive yet?" In the hopes they would come in the mail and I could move my appointment up by a day or three. I always thought three and a half weeks was just industry standard of how long it took for crowns to get done at the dental lab everywhere. Anyway, when I went to moresmiles, I had to get an inlay. I was expecting them to schedule the appointment for delivery three and a half weeks out. I was blown away when they scheduled my follow up appointment to get the inlay delivered in exactly two weeks. I'm not sure if they use different technology or just have a better dental lab (maybe both). But the difference between two weeks and three and a half weeks with an uncomfortable temporary crown is huge. Since I'm talking about temporary crowns: the dental hygienist did the temporary crowns at my old dentist and they didn't fit well or look good. I thought that was also "normal". However, at moresmiles, Dr. Moreau did the temporary crown himself and it fit perfectly. Another example: they did an MRI on my skull using advanced medical imaging technology (pic). Overall, I would highly recommend moresmiles dental spa.
