After 45 minutes with no update, I asked how much longer it would be. A dental assistant dismissively told me that as a new patient I should expect to wait because I had paperwork to complete. I was finally seated at 4:50 - nearly 90 minutes late. When Dr. Juneja walked in, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Instead, she simply said, "I can see you are irritated." That was the final straw. Delays happen. Leaving a patient in pain for nearly 90 minutes without basic communication or courtesy, then treating her frustration as the problem, is unacceptable. I no longer trusted Dr. Juneja to perform my root canal, so I left.

Like everybody else on the planet, I hate dentists (that also includes endodontists). Most dentists…read morethat is. Dr. Sarina Reddy is different. She's a real person--with a real personality. When she enters the room, you instantly feel comfortable. She explains everything. She goes through the entire procedure. She tells you when you may feel pain (I felt nothing). As the appointment proceeds, she explains what is coming next. She is gentle, kind and wonderful. (Hard to believe she's a dentist--not the tooth fairy.) While this may sound like a contradiction, she both takes her time--and is extremely efficient. The only down side is finding her office--after you enter the building. It's on the second floor, BEHIND the steps. If Dr. Reddy wasn't an endodontist, I would actually look forward to seeing her. If you ever need an endodontist, go see Dr. Reddy. You'll be glad you did.
