I have asked this place to update my address for nearly 2 years and they STILL haven't. This has caused mail they "claim" to have sent...not received. My rates increased out of nowhere last month, $15/month. No notification via call, email, text, written, smoke signals, nothing. I have been asking into this for over a month now and just kept getting brushed off. I have texts with the office showing the run around I've been given. Most recently, I had worked with Mona who was quite unprofessional and gave me, flat out, wrong answers. She had an attitude from the beginning when I asked if I could review some charges, as I felt that I was due a credit. I ended up hanging up eventually because all the conversation was doing was getting me more frustrated. I called back later and got Miranda. Thank G-d. Miranda has tried to help me as best she can but there has definitely been someone messing around with my info and my account. I was texting last week for about an hour, back and forth. The rep REFUSED to identify herself and since I've texted with Miranda several times, I knew it was NOT her. Just more to show how dishonest this girl Mona is. Hoping this review will at least get me a call back from the agent as he should care how he's being represented. I gave 2 stars because Miranda (and Esteban!!) have had a useful head on their shoulders. Otherwise, it would've gotten no stars.

And more than a few of those calls were to Scott and his staff to deal with the sale of her house, loss of her driver's license and vehicle, cancellation of her umbrella policy since she no longer owned a house or drove a car, and, having to re-source the policy for her cabin. And, even though most of these changes represented a loss of business for Scott, he and his staff were always beyond helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I feel that it's a measure of the person's character when they go out of their way to help a client when there is nothing for them to gain by doing so. He was truly a bright spot in what turned out to be an arduous undertaking.

Based on that information, I canceled my previous auto insurance. When May 25 arrived and I called to make payment and activate coverage, no one answered because of the holiday and I was redirected to text support. I was then told there were no agents available to complete activation, despite previously being told this would already be set up. The process felt disorganized and poorly communicated. Customers should not be put in a position where they cancel existing coverage expecting a seamless transition and then find themselves unable to activate their new policy. Based on my experience with this location, I would not recommend. I ended up switching to GEICO which was even cheaper than State Farm anyway! Additionally, look at all the previous clients of his who were canceled when they actually filed a claim, if you want a policy that has your back and actually has professional & trustworthy staff, look elsewhere! Additionally, when it's time to make changes to your existing policy, it takes 2 weeks or more for some reason. Every other policy I've had, changes were effective the very next day. Sate farm causes delays in important processes and that's simply not a company I can rely on

If I were not dealing with an urgent financial situation, I would not choose to use this company again. The biggest issue I have experienced is with their required mobile app. I have repeatedly tried to log in, changed my password multiple times, and have still been locked out. The app then directs me to call customer service for assistance. The problem is that when I call customer service, I am told they cannot actually resolve the issue. I have repeatedly explained that I cannot access my account and that the app is preventing me from logging in. Each time, I am essentially told that they will contact the IT department. It has now been almost a month, and the problem still has not been resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that when a payment is late, the company has no problem contacting me repeatedly -- sometimes what feels like 10 times a day or an absurd number of times -- regarding the payment. Yet when I repeatedly contact them because their required app will not allow me to access my account, I cannot seem to get anyone to actually fix the problem. I understand that payments are important, but there is a serious problem when a company can repeatedly contact a customer about making a payment while simultaneously failing to provide that customer with a functioning way to access their account and manage that payment. I was also told that I could come into a physical location for assistance. Unfortunately, I cannot simply drop everything and travel to a store, especially when there are no convenient locations near Tucson. If customers are directed to an 800 number when they encounter problems with the app, that customer service department should actually be equipped to help resolve those problems. I was told the app is required and that customer service cannot update certain information for me. Then why does the app specifically direct customers to call the 800 number when they are having problems? What exactly is customer service supposed to do if they cannot help customers access their accounts? I have called numerous times, changed my password multiple times, tried repeatedly to log in, and explained the situation over and over again. I have been told IT would be contacted, but almost a month later, I am still in the exact same position. I accepted the high interest rate because I needed access to fast funds during an emergency. I understood that borrowing would come at a higher cost. What I did not expect was to be unable to access my account or receive meaningful assistance when something goes wrong. At this point, I am simply trying to access my account, make my payments, update my information, and eventually be done with this company. Customers should not have to spend weeks calling customer service about an issue that should be relatively simple to resolve. This company seriously needs to improve its app, IT support, and customer service. If you are going to require customers to use an app to manage their accounts, make sure the app actually works -- and make sure your customer service team can help when it doesn't. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, and I certainly will not be using them again once I am finished with my account.

We cannot thank Monique and her staff adequately for all they do for us, and for our company…read more We've been using CF for our small business for nearly 6 years now. When we began the year before I was a neophyte and Monique always took time to explain things to me. She's a patient teacher, a good team leader, and has always guided us in a good direction. If I needed an updated certificate certificate I always heard "I'll get that out to your contractor." They do that as part of their service to a small business owner. After our second year we discovered CF had a good reputation on boats and SXS. When our lithium battery exploded in our boat's compartment, burning the electrical and new decking carpet, seats kind of melted, and the smell of toxicity that made us gag and cough - that lithium soaked into EVERYTHING... CF reps really stepped up. I cried for 3 weeks as it was a special older boat that we upgraded and rehabbed back to beautiful over years. I figured there was no way to replace it. They offered us an option to buy it back that made sense. My husband hired a fellow bass fisherman to pull everything off it that was a mess. And he even surprised me by replacing the seats. CF and my husband were a good team - I use that term carefully. We have never felt it was us against them. As a small business working with water pipes, any call we had, a claim, was handled without reservation. When I questioned why they would pay a university for a rented copier that was barely dampened on the top only, they said, "We got you. It's okay." Yes insurance fraud on the university's part. Did not phase them. Skip ahead a year, and a brand new truck which I bought to keep my husband safe....well, it did its job. Both occupants walked away with only air bag burns and bruising. Our CF agent Monique turned us over quickly to another department and our truck was inspected a few days later. When first collision center turned out to be a bad decision on my part, I explained it felt like we were being reeled in and they would rip them (CF) off any way they could. They truly heard me. I explained I initialed things carefully and crossed out a paragraph explaining the center was NOT to order parts. Well, they did. And it was a partial tear down. They were going to drag out ordering things layer by layer. Not acceptable. Manager laughed at my "Maybe 6 months?" He retorted "Ha. It might be a year. We can't promise you how long." CF said "Get the truck out of there asap. We will figure out the expense later. You pay for it now and we will do all we can on the backside if it's totaled." Our next experience was more professional - conversations on day one explaining their process. Goal - we were trying to get a new truck with 4000 miles fixed asap OR get it totaled out. Extended wait times due to lack of OEM parts would mean our work truck would sit a minimum of 6 months up to 9 or 10 months. The looming UAW strike made it worse. But thanks to Valerie S at AutoNation Tempe's collision center AND our CF adjusters and their coordinators ....and the fact it was a HD diesel truck we have to have (hard to rent one)....they totaled it. This part was painless. My husband did not dicker even when they asked us if their offer was close/fair. "What we're you thinking?" That was Country Financial's attitude. We knew it was a fair offer. They could have chosen to not total it. Are we a good customer? Yes. We have everything with CF. I moved our house over to CF two years ago. And we will not consider switching - we won't shop other ins groups as long as we have our business. Our office manager rarely has to spend more than 5 minutes a week communicating on anything insurance related - this saves us money on office costs. Ms Allan knows small business needs and contracting office concerns really well. As long as she's on board my stress level is low. If you're a contractor set an appt and meet her. Actually we took a YEAR before we ever stepped into her office - we felt THAT confident after our phone meeting/interview. Customer service is great. Turn around is fast. And she cares about her clients. She saw my original home policy was weak. She stepped it up. Owner/agents do not have a simple job. Accidents. Fires. Injuries. Deaths. 7 days a week. We're ALL A TEAM IN THIS. She gets that.

We called to setup home, auto, and added an umbrella policy. What can I say but Wow! My neighbor was right. She is at the top of her game. She was extremely thorough on finding out our needs, situation, and putting together a whole picture for us and connecting the dots for everything. She was extremely patient, answered my many many questions via phone and email. Her knowledge of the industry, what we actual would need and not need, the limits, etc were incredible. We are now moving to Georgia and unfortunately Country Financial couldn't compete price wise with many of the other insurers we looked at. Monique gave us honest feedback on the other companies positive and negative. She even called back for a follow-up to let us know to consider another one we hadn't for a quote. We will very much miss Monique, and it is very rare to find someone who truly loves what they do and shares their knowledge in an unbiased manner so the customer is offered what fits their personal situation the best, instead of just adding someone to their customer base.
