Not only is the dentist amazing, but the hygienist Sarah is also a rockstar. She is never rough on my gums when flossing them and she is very conscience of my needs as she is polishing my teeth. She always asks if I am doing okay, if I need water to swish, or if I need suction. I will never go to another dentist again. Side not, but a huge deal to me, the reception staff are amazing too. Always looking out for you, scheduling appointments right when you need them, working with your insurance. They just really look out for you.

When I went to an endo, he was shocked. The tooth Dr. Hunt wanted to pull needed a root canal and the other is perfectly fine. I had the root canal done and other than a crown, nothing else needs to be done. This was an awful experience and Dr. Hunt was incompetent.

In mid January, I went to Aspen Ridge to address the issue and was told by the two receptionists at the desk that the crown was not warrantied and that I should review the waivers that I signed before the work was done to verify that fact. Appalled, I quietly left, never to return. The crown was examined by another local, reputable dentist who provided me with a picture of the failing crown. A hole had developed on the side of the tooth where the crown met the natural tooth, something he had never seen before. Furthermore, due to the damage, I now required a root canal before the new crown could be placed, at a hefty expense to me. I have filed a claim against Aspen Ridge Dental with Select Health Dental to have the cost of the failed crown returned to me. To my suprise I was told by the agent that Aspen Ridge's refusal to see me as a patient while the crown was faiing was a serious violation of their contract with this dentist. My family and I were patients at Aspen Ridge for over 4 years. I am shocked and the level of neglect to which I was subjected. Folks, there are PLENTY of excellent dentists in the Draper area. I strongly recommend against this one.

Turned out an infection from wisdom teeth getting pulled out - so he asked us to come in the very next day in the morning so he can take care of the issue! He even called in the antibiotics into the pharmacy (on a Sunday!) and we walked right in first thing Monday morning and took care of the infection! We didn't have the privilege of having the wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr. McBee, but he was excellent taking care of us in a personal and professional manner!

I was skeptical that we could find an oral surgeon that cared enough to have repeat business as this rarely happens anyway. Doctor McBee made the grade with my third child and I had no hesitation in taking my fourth child to this clinic. The experience was great for both. My son even had an abnormal bone fragment/growth over a year after his wisdom teeth were taken out and Dr McBee more than obliged in helping us fix that. I definitely recommend Dr McBee.

His hygienists and assistants as well of the rest of his staff are top notch and make the extra effort to make sure you are taken care of. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the guy to see.

The $2400 implant tooth that Dr. Ellis had subcontracted out ended up getting a hole in it after 9 months. So Dr. Ellis charged my clueless son over $750 more to have a replacement tooth made (because my son didn't get the insurance...too bad!!) WHAT?! I called immediately and disputed that the tooth should last AT LEAST a year. Dr. Ellis backtracked and agreed to reimburse my son's account $750 and that the subcontracted tooth was "most likely" flawed. Oh, thanks for admitting this..then why did I have to call..were you hoping to not have to eat the cost of poor quality subcontractors?! Then, my son asked for an estimate for a cash teeth cleaning. They quoted "about $200". Today, after my son's teeth cleaning they charge him $311! He disputed the charge and they said, "Oh, we had to take extra x-rays." WHAT?! He then disputed that he didn't request extra X-rays ...and they lowered the cost to $238. Gee, thanks. The staff IS friendly and it's all very high tech...just get your cash estimate in writing.
