She told me to call her back if this happened again after giving me a $70 credit. On my 70-year-old husband went in and was given the self service treatment. Help yourself. Load your chlorine on that cart, take it out to your car, and load it yourself. While redheaded kid and overweight guy just hang around behind the counter waiting for you to pay them. Hence, the control panel couldn't gage the amount of chemicals needed or anything else. So basically, someone put it together that way and shipped it off. My question is why would they deliver a Spa without knowing if it works properly in the first place. You are supposed to set it up, make sure it's functioning correctly or take it back or fix it if it doesn't but they started it and said there you go, we have your money and we don't care. All it took was for us to go to the shop in Sarasota twice, call them three times and expose them to the public to get it fixed. Now, when they delivered it they scratched the panel, so now to see how long that will take and how loud we have to be to get that fixed!

Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

They took over one year to complete my pool, when they promised at contract signing that it would "only take a few months". Completion should have been in June, but didn't happen until 10/31. Lots of blaming the county, blaming other contractors, blaming Ian (which happened a few years earlier), etc, etc. The workers just show up unannounced, which is alarming when they appear in your backyard without prior notice. Once the pool cage was up, they'd also just walk right on in. Extremely unprofessional for them to not bother knocking on the door to alert you they are there to work. Shoddy work (one part has failed twice already). They also don't know how to get the control panel to work with the app (which the sales guy said was "so easy to do"). This company has also called me a liar to prospective new customers. It's extremely unprofessional for them to do that. If any of you all want proof, I have tons of email and text trails showing that this company royally sucked and didn't do their job professionally, nor on time. And to call me a liar for letting the world know about the terrible experience I had...they are horrific. When you have loads of negative reviews about a company, it really tells the story. And that story is .... *THIS COMPANY IS THE PROBLEM*, not me or anyone else that's trying to warn you to stay away from them.
