After not receiving an item, I had ordered through their website, I checked their contact information on their website, and was amazed to find that they are just a few miles away from where I live. So I hopped in the car, drove to the address, and discovered nothing but a parking structure. None of the nearby businesses had heard of this company, so this is 100% fraudulent. Do not do business with these crooks! I will be filing a chargeback immediately. read more

If you like being ignored by a company that you've ordered from this is the place. Worse communication ever!!! Tried email, ignored. Tried calling, phone number not in service. Tried contacting them on twitter!!!!!, ignored. read more

Hey, Chris the owner, its been 3 days, no shipment, called and you guys have no idea when it will ship. Your inventory shows in stock. Not the right way to do business. If this gets rectified, i'll update my review but as of now, its no good. I guess your other reviews are all correct. You say you take pride in your business, but doesnt look like it. read more

I purchased a Raypak pool heater from Aqua Supercenter due to their on-line price and availability. Once one week had passed and I hadn't received any shipping information, we contacted them and they assured it would shipped shortly and they would follow up with an email and phone call. Neither occurred. Another several days passed and we contacted them again, the customer service rep assured us the CEO was looking in to this and would contact us within 24 hours - again this never happened. Nearly 3 weeks passed and still nothing. We contacted them again demanding a refund. Again, the customer rep assured us the CEO would contact us, apologized and said a refund would be granted. It's been 4 days since and still no refund! This purchase has now been reported to my bank as fraudulent. read more

November 11, 2022 A replacement pump motor was ordered on 11/3/22. My CC was immediately charged by TopPoolSupply.com, which I assume is a sister business. Aqua Supercenter and Top Pools have the same phone number, which is out of service. I also tried to call using the phone number that's listed on the CC charge; again, it's out of service. These people can't be contacted by phone, don't reply to email, and don't respond to their online chat service. The bottom line is to not waste your time with these folks...if they even exist. read more

The phone number is out of service, No chat. They do not answer emails either. I ordered a heater and after 1 week I was scammed by this company! read more

Total scam!! They run your credit card and never shipped the goods. Can not get in contact with them in any way. Phone numbers are disconnected!! They do not respond to emails! Do not get sucked in!! I have entered a dispute on my credit card! read more

took my money and shipped nothing then sent a email trying to justify the theft but i will hold them accountable for that and more . Important Update with your Order Hello! - This is Chris Smith, the Owner of Aqua Supercenter. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Aqua Supercenter. This letter will not affect most of our customers as we are still currently shipping out orders on a daily basis. If you received tracking and/or your order, please disregard this letter. I have some bad news and possibly good news as well to some of you. We have been forced to stop all business operations at this time due to circumstances beyond our control (more info on this at the bottom of this letter). I've provided resolutions for everyone below. I take full responsibility for this and for that I am truly, truly sorry for the inconvenience we caused you. Official Resolution Let me first say that we will ensure every single customer is 100% taken care of and gets a full refund or their product ASAP. We typically process ~5K orders a week; so bare with us please - we are aiming to resolve this issue by mid to end of week at the latest. The Official Resolution to this will vary based on many factors such as payment method, if you filed a chargeback, if your order has been shipped, etc.. We are going to handle this proactively, but - it does not hurt to reach out to us using this special email address we created to handle this specific issue: COVID@AquaSupercenter.com (Our team will be available and checking the email I provided all day so feel free to reach out to us with any questions.) Transparency into the 'why' & 'what happened' I'm kind of at a loss of words and I don't want to 'delay' sending this letter any longer than I already have as I think that's unfair to our customers. How a business like ours works is as follows: When you pay online using your credit card, what really happens is a 'merchant processor' is the one responsible to process your transaction and collects the money from your card and deposits it to us typically within 2-3 business days. Now.... Here is where the issue comes in... Aqua Supercenter has not received ANY money from our merchant processor since August. We are NOT a small company either, to give you an idea out of full transparency - we averaged $25K++ per day in August/September (so as you can imagine, it adds up FAST). We have still been shipping orders daily and I personally have been in multiple conversations with our merchant provider. They state that they can not tell us why (other than it's from 'risk management' - so my assumption is that the merchant processor is trying to protect itself due to the major increase in bankruptcies due to COVID-19). I'd gladly continue with business as normal; but again my talks with the person in charge of our merchant processor account told us to continue shipping orders and they will 'check in on us bi-weekly' - but he could not give me any idea of 'if' and 'when' they will fund us. We sell over 12K items, so the majority of our inventory we buy from suppliers; which requires us to pay upfront (so if you think about it: this creates a major DOUBLE loss for us - as remember we are not getting any of the money that you have paid for your pool supplies... YET, to fulfill the orders we have to pay for the product so each day, to fulfill all orders we have to pay $25K pure cash out of our bank account with ZERO incoming money.... this added up fast). I wanted to explain as we hear "you took our money and are not shipping our order" recently. Part of that is true, but we have not received any funds. We have shipped 100% of orders we were paid for. Granted, this is NOT your problem and it's so unfortunate as it's honestly a lose-lose situation. Fact is we will take a loss and stand by our customers. read more

This business is a nightmare to deal with!!! I ordered products and it has taken two weeks just to have a tracking label created but even after a few day the products have not been shipped. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! read more

Do not order from this place. I placed an order on August 19. Finally I called beginning of October cause I remembered to ask my mom if she got the filters. The lady said the item where back ordered and I'd have it end of October. I said no big deal cause they where for next summer. I called today November 24 and suddenly they don't have my order and can't do anything for me. I would normally write this off as oh well. But they took my money already. I'm not big into paying for items I don't receive. Ryan told me tough luck. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Let a review on better business bureau. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. read more

Scam. Never sent the part. Ordered then did not get it, called number and is no longer in service.

Stay away from this company. They took money for a pool heater they said was in stock. After 2 notes and 3 calls finally got to a real person who admitted that they had no stock and could not get the pool heater on order. They promised to cancel the order and provide a full refund a few weeks ago... after 2 more emails to them reminding that this order is cancelled .. dead silence... I've engaged my credit card company to get the funds returned... A reputable pool supply company had the pool heater in my hands 4 days after ordering. DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE GRIEF OF DEALING WITH THE AQUA SUPERCENTER. My sense is all they have is a credible website with nothing behind the curtain. read more

Ordered a part for our hot tub-over $300 and we have no info about the order. Bogus email & phone number, so we can't contact anyone. I can see why the average rating for this company over several platforms is a 1 star. read more

Aqua Supercenter located in 1680 Fruitville Rd STE 515, Sarasota, FL 34236 is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. They list on their website that that they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which is not the case since I've looked it up at this point. That is where I filed my original complaint. I ordered pool filters on August 20, 2020 because their website claimed to have them in stock. After about a week with no update. though they charged my credit card right away, I called and was told they didn't actually have them in stock and would be issued a refund. I have not yet received a refund for my purchase and now can't even get a hold of them. They don't answer phones, return voicemails or emails or deliver on the products they've charged for. If you don't have the products, that's ok. But then don't charge consumers and then REFUSE to provide a refund. Not sure what kind of business this is, but clearly, something very ILLEGAL is going on. Definitely should've read ALL reviews prior to trusting this place. read more

12/29/2020 Stay away from this company they are Complete Scam! Ordered a pool heater on 9/1/2020 and they charged my credit card. Then on October 12, 2020 they are saying that they will not ship and will not refund me my money. They said that I would need to do a chargeback request with the credit card company that was used and that they (aqua supercenter) will accept it and we would not need to do anything further. Still no results. They have taken the money and have not shipped a thing. Chris Smith --- HOW IS YOUR COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? Make it right and refund the money! read more

Absolute Scam. Took my money. 3 months and fighting with my credit card company to get my refund back on a $1580 pool heater. 3 disputes later and I'm still fighting to get my money back. So far no luck what so ever. Stay away from them. Do NOT order! read more

I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and went through what happened and the best the could do was to refund half the money. The receiver sent a photo of a used cartridge, so there was some funny business going on and they would not send a photo of the allegedly wet shipping box. When sending something back, take a photo. read more

Do not, I repeat, do not order from this fraudulent company. I made an order in August and have still not received it nor my money back. They do not answer calls, respond to emails or text. I intend to go to the BBB next and file a complaint read more

We placed an order with AquaSuperCenter in July for a pool light. We were charged for the light the same day we ordered. In August we cancelled the order because the light had still not been shipped. It is now September and we cannot get anyone to return our call or respond to our emails. There is NO WAY I would ever recommend this company to anyone - if anything, I will warn everyone I can to stay away. read more

One of the worst experience in the last 2 years. This looks almost like a scam. Ordered a Zodiac pool suction cleaner and got debited on August 15th. Web site indicated that item was available in stock ready to be shipped. After two weeks with no news, contacted the vendor and got told that a manager would look into why things were stuck and call me back. Call never happen.. Called again following day received same story. Again call never happen... Eventually got fed up and called to ask that my order get cancelled and refunded. Clerk told me she understood and that she cancelled my order and that I should receive an e-mail confirmation and see the credit on my account 4-5 working days later. After 7 days with no e-mail and no credit decided to fill a complaint with my bank to dispute the transaction. The $50 I was planning to save with doing with business ended up costing me a nightmare... Avoid this vendor they are not honnest read more

Don't order from here! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering but they were the only website that showed a sand filter in stock. It is 4-6 weeks special order even though the website still says in stock. I had to contact them to find this out and get something else shipped. They said they couldn't ship it but their site says they are shipping 7 days a week. The first part of my order arrived yesterday and the filter base is damaged. I sent them an email but don't expect a response. It took a week to get my order. The only way I could reach anyone was through online chat. The phone is not answered and no messages are returned. Save yourself the hassle. read more

I highly recommend Aqua Supercenter! Such a great online shopping experience. Very competitive prices, quick response and amazing customer service. They have found a loyal customer!! read more

DON'T order or buy from this outfit! The notification I received when I placed my order was that they will notify me once the order was shipped. Placed an order on a stock item that was to ship within 24 hours, a week later, called them after I have emailed twice with no answer and talked to somebody- NOT IN THE U.S., was told it was not available. Purchased a control unit online for Jandylink controller around $400.00, turned out the controller was not the issue and tried to return the unit to them. Very protracted transaction, have to fill out form from their website, they are deducting a 30% restocking fee for this controller..... thats $120.00 !!!!! from the return which was never opened from the original shipping package........... Still have not received the credit card return after they received 2 weeks ago would never do business with again............ check out the link to the Better Business Bureau they have over 12 complaints read more

0 STARS. Worst on-line pool store ever. Placed an order for a pump strainer cover on Sept 8, 2020, which they had 8 on hand (would have been a small 1 lb package). They charged my credit card immediately. Website said they had 4 in stock. Called back 1.5 weeks later on Sept 17, and finally got through to someone after calling a minimum of 10 times. They put me on hold to check on my order, then disconnected the phone. They did call back and leave me a voicemail stating that they were no longer in stock. I couldn't accept this answer, so I called them back on the same day, once again, continuing to call until someone answered the phone. The next lady stated that they have 6 in the warehouse and they wouldn't be able to ship until the following week, due to COVID-19 (yeah, let's continue to use that excuse) and their shipping resource availability. Called back today, Sept 28, getting the initial answer that they don't have any in stock and won't see any till January 2021. Asked them to cancel my order and credit my account. They told me it would be 48-72 hours before I see a credit. So why did it take less than 30 seconds to hit my Credit Card acct when they charged me, before even shipping the part? This will be my one and only order to AquaSupercenter. read more
