Every time I walk in I am greeted by the staff at the front desk. I love how they decorate the lobby according to what holiday is coming up. Puts a little smile on my face to see those personal touches. I am not kept waiting for longer than maybe 20 minutes most of the time I visit. The lobby and patient rooms are always clean and tidy. The restrooms inside the office is well decorated to make it not feel like a 'gloomy doctor office' (if that makes sense). Anytime I ask her a question or concern I have she always has the right answer to it and makes me feel at peace. She has recommended other doctors or services if I am in need of something she does not cover. She is great and friendly but I just wish our visits were a little longer to talk to her more. My visits and talks with her always feel like they are too short. If you are thinking of setting an appointment the number will direct you to the general hospital network and from there they filter to the people as needed.

The Southlake office is the closet one to me, so I gave them a call. They got me in MUCH sooner than I thought they would, and also had their forms online so I could fill them out beforehand to streamline everything. When I got there, it was a very welcoming, comfortable feeling office, and the staff was very nice. The practitioner listened to all my concerns, and even asked a couple questions that I hadn't thought of myself. She even answered my questions without talking down to me (as had happened before at other medical visits). Bug bonus, when I told her I am a bodybuilder, she told me she was going to run a few extra tests, just as precaution due to our strenuous training. I went back the next week to get the bloodwork results, and was able to start my hormone therapy immediately. I am VERY pleased so far, and am looking forward to working with them.

Searching online was scary because many places will just send hormones. I made an appointment, went through the series of questionnaires, portal creation, and made an appointment. Their next appointment was 4 months away. I waited. Desperately hoping for some relief in an organized way through a physician. The week before my appointment, they called e to tell me my insurance doesn't cover my appointment. I was passed to a "new patient coordinator" that was absolutely horrific and told me it was "my fault for not specifying my insurance". Mind you, I uploaded my insurance the same day I booked the appointment in November. They did not check the portal until the week before. Im shocked by the lack of organization and inability to hire a qualified customer service coordinator. Please be wary.
